Hi there!
My name is Constantin, I'm 28 years old, grown up in eastern Germany and freshly graduated my B.Sc. in Agriculture. Now I would like to go out again into this beautiful world, meet new people, see new places and also get my hands dirty, before I'll maybe start a masters degree.
I want to work at some farms to gain more practical experience in that regard but I am also looking for other places. But in generel I am very much engaged and interested in sustainable and regenerative agriculture. I'm also involved in a project where we will start a new farm close to Berlin but that will really start next year. I already have experience in a lot of different fields of work (gardening, plant propagation, harvesting, selling, renovation and house repair, helping tourists, pc & office-tasks, agroforestry-planning, taking care of kids, helping with animals and more.. I can also play the piano a bit). But I’m also always up for new tasks and challenges. :-)
I'm usually a rather quite person but can also get intrigued in discussing different topics. I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, biking as well as other outdoor-activities and I am fluent in German and English, hopefully some more languages in the future.
I see workaway as a chance for exchange, so I do not just want to come to you to do some work for getting a bed. I want to meet and get to know new people, places and cultures. :-)
And maybe we can learn something from each other in the process.

Organizing/managing
Creative work such as painting, drawing, writing or designing.
Get structure into chaotic situations ( I mean kind of making list and sort things in them in a logical order)
Translation and arithmetic.
Cooking.

Just the reliabilty to finish tasks could be only a little upgradable. ;) He is easy to get along with.

It's a lot of work to do but if it's to much for you just tell Mandy or Stefan because they are both nice people (even if there both a little bit stressed at the moment). You can learn there how to renovate a house because there's a lot of renovation work to do. :D
