Hi i'm Adam from the UK.
I’ve spent the best part of my life nomadic.
working, travelling and volunteering on numerous projects around the world.
I’m on my way to explore wildlife and wilderness and to hopefully participating in some interesting projects along the way.
I relish being in the outdoors and activly engaging mind and body in practical tasks.
I’m keen to learn about environmentally sound and sustainable practices, ecological living, natural building and conservation.
I believe that to help others to achieve their own goals, to put energy and enthusiasm back into the natural world and to exchange knowledge and skills with other human beings are some of the most simple yet wonderful experiences one can possible have.

Adam was an angel for us. He just glided so effortlessly from cooking very tasty meals to helping with our renovation project to assisting in our social club. My time in Lund was a delight. Mary-Ann and Jack welcomed me into there lives with care, humour and kindness.
I helped in the garden, digging holes and planting trees, building walls and looking after bees.
Lund is a lovely place to explore with rocky coves by the sea and amazing trees in the hills.

We had such a great experience with Adam as our first Workaway of the garden season. He helped get everything off to a cracking start. He helped to set up all the beds and we did some early planting. Most miraculous were the beautiful rock walls we both built together and the ones he surprised us with. Adam helped us fill the woodshed and we all… read more

I had a wonderful time on this beautiful island. We watched the birds and absorbed the sun sets with fun, dance and laughter. We ate great food and generally enjoyed living is this magical spot.

It was very pleasant to work with Adam on the roof during 2 weeks. He's a peaceful guy who has a lot of happiness. He had experience with construction and found immediately his place in our project. He's very independent and loves walking. He's a wonderful cook and we had a lot of fun after work playing games and talking... You will not forget him!
