The Heart of Happiness for me is being in close connection with nature.
When immersed in the Natural Beauty of nature our inner landscape is aligned with the harmonious melodies of life essence.
I am a devoted yoga Therapeutic Mentor where I work very closely with Nature for Individuals suffering with stress, trauma, loss, and recovery pathways.
I am most at home when close to the Ocean and immersed in the foothills of the Mountains.
I love photography, writing, poetry, movement, creating, designing, and collaborating with other therapeutic modalities to support Humanity through the LENS of equality for all.
