  Let me start by saying I receive a lot of requests and I don't get around to them as quickly as I should.
  
  Hi, I'm Larry. I was born in San Francisco. I am now retired, previously I was a Carpenter/Contractor for 20 years and then I was a Software Engineer for 20 years. I have three adult children and 3 grandsons.
  
  We will start out on a week to week basis.

  You will be in the middle of San Francisco and get the chance to see everything this great city has to offer. Art, museums, restaurants, live in and experience this great vibe and culture the city has. I will be able to teach you something about carpentry.

  Home Repair: I am living in the home I grew up in. It is an old building and it has many repairs that are needed. I was a carpenter/contractor many years ago so I know what to do, but I am not able to do all of the work myself. This could include planning, demolition, dry-rot repair, window repair, finish carpentry, hardwood flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
  
  Landscaping in the yard. Planning and strong physical help.
  
  Financial and Estate Planning: I am looking for experienced help with investment, trust, and will planning.
  
  Organization: I have a lifetime accumulation of stuff that needs to be sorted and cleared out. This person must be able to move objects of reasonable weight (up to 50lbs) and have a lot of patience dealing with someone who will be reluctant and possibly difficult (me).
  
  Elderly Companionship: I am 73 years old and I live alone. It is nice to have someone else in the building for company.

  The building has two flats. I live in the upper flat. The lower flat is currently empty (with lots of my stuff stored there). There are two bedrooms down there, a kitchen, and a bathroom that only has a toilet. Upstairs there is a bedroom, full bathroom which is just used for workawayers that has a toilet, sink, and shower.

  I am very centrally located. Street parking is available. A local bus provides good service.

  I have good wifi. And plenty of spaces to work. I have a background in technology so I am able the help with technical issues.
