༄ Welcome at offgrid and suistanable living outside the consumerism comforts and in the abundant arms of Nature.
WHO ARE WE
We are Francesca, Sergio and our daughter (8 yo), working to build step by step an enlarged soul family based on art and nature connection, kids' first.
We live in a four hectares land 5 km from a tiny town in Lazio, near to both sea and mountain, 2 h from Rome.
A magic woodland with neolithic sacred spots, wild animals, an olive grove and many other species all around, and a river at few minutes of sloping hike.
We have done our little house with what we had: good friends, soil, straw, stones and some recycle. It's made accordingly to principles of permaculture and is off-the-grid (solar electricity, wood stove, compost toilet, rainwater collecting system, phytodepuration, etc).
We are open minded, always learning and taking ecologic care in every aspect of our life.
Sergio makes extravergine olive oil, veggies, fermented food, greenwood carving, is a Wimoff practitioner, loves table tennis, literature, cinema, hiking in the woods discovering ancient caves.
Francesca enjoys basketry, bushcrafts, vegan cooking, dancing, stearing at the nature, experiment.
Our kid is a wonderful soul, very kind, playful, respectful, enthusiast; she loves to cook, do art and craft, help, seeking for specific things in nature to use, role play with costumes and props and she is studying guitar, macramé, crochet and yoga also with guests wiling to give her lessons.
WHO WE CAN HOST
This is a place for people with some skills, comfortable with very essential wild camping lifestyle, independent, energetic and strong, on a conscious path of personal growth, playful, generous, with sense of humor and able to express fully their emotions and needs and to communicate fluently in English and/or Italian.
Our daughter is single child homeschooler and a social being so she is really happy with people around that are emotionally and playfully availble for her and the childrens' fairy world.
We cannot host dogs sorry.
While here we ask not to eat meat nor cheese if possible. Eggs only from our safe sources.
We can't host regular smokers.
DEAL
We welcome supporting guests with free accomodation and organic plant based food supply for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Cooking and dishwashing chores are part of the community life.
The community kitchen is outdoor (with a small shelter), next to the caravan.
WORLDSCHOOLING HUB
We are also happy to offer space to resonating families with kids 7-10 yo that want to spend here some months (with their own van) or even settle in the area buying a land.
Our attitude with children is based on: love; respect; nature as the teacher and adults as facilitators of discoveries; empathic communication; create learning contexts from concrete experiences; the need to let children play in a free way... but also to offer them the possibility of creative and enriching guided experiences.
HOW TO REACH US
At the train stops of Viterbo (1 h train from Rome check Trenitalia.it) you can take a bus (Cotralspa.it) that will bring you to our town (name in private message) in 1 hour. Attention! Don't travel on Sundays, check timetables before booking the train and call the Cotral to double check timetables. Italian buses can be a bit confusing.Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje

We are a community, we love to share, our land is big and our welcome too. We are very grateful that you come with the will to give us an hand as a part of your experience with us!
We are hosting most likely volunteers that can offer to kids meaningful activities like music lessons, singing, dance, yoga, art&craft, theatre, role and creative play, or anything else you are passionate about.
In addition to this, help may be requested while we are doing small structures with wood, gardening or other practical activities.
The thing we love the most is when people are really part of the community showing up for tasks waiting to be done without waiting someone to ask... We love to help each others on a spontaneous will.
In our spare time we can share some skills we have acquired over the years from craft to plant world insights, nutrition principles, meditation and all the other numerous activities requested to live in nature, finding our own space in it with respect. We can also sew toghether and you can use fabrics for free.
Please share any skill or preferred activity of yours, and your Instagram name if you have one :)Idiomas hablados

ACCOMODATIONS AND FACILITIES
🚐 Flat park spaces for vans.
⛺ Plenty of tents areas under the trees. We have only one 2-3 persons pop-up tent to lend but please bring yours if you can.
🚌 An artistic caravan with a queen size bed, a table and sofa that can become a second queen size bed, usb recharge system and electricity (but no heating system by now).
Usually we keep this for families or free to use as a common space to hang out in rainy days but you can ask for it if you don't like the idea to be in a tent.
🪞Common outdoor shower, sink and sheltered compost toilet. The shower usually has warm walter but better waiting for least a couple of hours of sun.
🫕"BarBosco" community kitchen - outdoor next to the caravan.
🔥Two fireplaces to chill.
🎒Please bring with you:
- towels and sleeping bag (we can provide one extra blanket)
- waterproof boots and jacket
- trekking shoes and clothes
- swimsuit
- headlamp or a good torch since apart the BarBosco around the field there isn't any artificial light.Algo más...
This territory, called "Tuscia", has attracted us for its unpredictable landscape, contested between woods, rivers, lakes and small villages and sites rich of history. And although, as everywhere, modernity also risks here to pass as a standardizing roller, for those who know how to look carefully the traces of the past are still visible, thing that gives depth to our gaze and a less abstract perception of the present.
Please take the time necessary to discover this straordinary territory full of ancient history and wild nature!
We are sorrounded by woods ("Riserva Naturale Selva del Lamone") with waterfalls and pathways to Neolithic and Etruscan archeological sites (Rofalco, Castro, Vulci);
There are free thermal springs at 20 min by car and at 40 min you can reach the famous thermal pools of Saturnia and San Filippo;
There are also beatiful waterfalls (Cascata del Salabrone etc.), rivers (Fiora) and lakes (Lago di Bolsena, Lago di Mezzano).
If you are interested in little medieval towns in 20-30 minutes you can see Pitigliano, Bolsena and Sorano.
The sea! Only 30 minutes from wonderful beaches of Monte Argentario
If you look for mountains we have Monte Amiata, 50 min far.
In this area there are also interesting local tiny museums (search for "Simulabo musei").
Our town in itself it's a very small town, but nice and usually welcoming.
Means of trasport:
• By feet: you can hike in the woods, go to the river next to our land, observe yourself in peace and silence... or go to town in 40 min.
• By bycicle: you can use ours.
• By bus: from town you can take a bus and go exploring surrounding areas.Un poco más de información

In two weeks we not only learned everything there is to know about olive harvesting, we also had a lot of fun and felt at home in the beautiful spaces that Francesca and Sergio have created in the middle of nature.
