  Hello everyone, I have to arrange my house so that it is more habitable for my roommate and me I returned from abroad since January 2025 I am a teacher over 50 years old and I live alone at the bottom of the accommodation The room with internet in wifi is located at the top of the villa kitchen and terrace garden are accessible The accommodation is close to beaches and shops A room can be available upstairs or downstairs at certain times I would like to make progress in English so an exchange of this type would be very appreciable. I would like help with the layout of a house organization, storage, welcoming roommates and a little maintenance changing a toilet mechanism, shower for example and gardening. My hobbies are walking, dancing, traveling, and restaurants, among others. Accompanying me on my walks and ax dance outings would be appreciated. Welcome if you match my search.

  I need to prepare some construction and renovation in my house.
  Assemble and reinstall furniture, rewire the TV and the house.
  Help with interior decoration.
  Organize and tidy up and do small DIY jobs.
  Small household chores.
  I'm not very available; you must be independent.
  I won't be able to cook for you.
  You can accompany me on walks and/or to dance parties.
  I speak a little English and Spanish, but not very well.
  We're doing a 15-day trial.
