  Our Youth Association was created in December 2005 and it has well over 150 members ranging between 14 and 35 years of age from different social backgrounds.
  
  The members of the Youth Association have established themselves as a N.G.O interested in promoting youth activities, which are aimed at achieving better inter-human communication and relationships through development and involvement in social and cultural projects at local, national and international scale, for better knowledge, preservation and promotion of moral and cultural values. Thus, we provide many courses and trainings for youngsters, that have the purpose of social inclusion and which help their personal development:
  
  @ weekly based personal development workshops through theatre, guitar, non-formal education, ecological initiatives, cooking and nutrition, board games, cineforum, outdoor activities, handmade and other creative workshops and team-building exercises
  
  The Association however, due the current situation, decided since 2021 to move the activities in the village of Manastirea Casin, in a farm that works on permaculture principles, in a suburbian area, surrounded by forest.
  Here we've organized already 2 Erasmus+ youth exchanges, 2 European Solidarity Corps projects and one Ilustration Festival.
  
  Several camps, workshops and international projects are in preparation phases, so extra logistic support will be needed: kitchen, visibility, administration, maintaining.
  
  However, the farm tasks will be ongoing on daily basis: bio construction, farming, animal care, gardening, etc.
  
  Mushrooms foraging, trekking trails and other recreative activities are available for the volunteers.
  
  
  !!!Following the Romanian legislation, we have to ask the travelers for a clean criminal record, as we work with underage people.

  Help with logistics and organizational aspects in our Association, such as:
  
  @ facilitating non-formal, team-building activities or workshops (proposed by yourself or following the Association´s programme)
  @ linguistic and cultural exchanges
  @ maintenance the space (helping with housework: cooking, cleaning, taking care of the animals)
  @ helps us build the socio-cultural center, using bio-construction and permaculture principles in Halos village
  @ help us organize festivals and summer camps for the local community

  The group of volunteers of the association are willing to improve their English, French, Italian and Spanish competences, as well as to learn new languages and teach Romanian.

  @Onesti is the home town of Nadia Comaneci, the first gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10.0 at the Olympic Games (1976).
  @ 4 rivers are crossing the town, offering relaxing walking possibilities and beautiful biodiversity.
  @ the Perchiu hill is offering nice views of the town and the surroundings, being itself a natural park
  @ about 15-20 km away is the Salt Mine and Tg. Ocna town and Slanic Moldova, a town between the mountains, famous for his mineral springs
  @ natural places, rural landscapes, lakes and forests are to be found not far from the town, with plenty of places for picking up herbs and mushrooms, as well as for hunting or fishing.
  @ there are also plenty of little castles, monasteries, memorial houses and museums in the surroundings
  @ Bacau, the main city of the county, is about one hour distance by bus, while Brasov is about 2 hours driving distance

  There is not Wi-Fi router installed yet, but own devices catch good internet signal.

  The place is very animal friendly. There are 5 huge guardian dogs keeping us safe from wild animals, as well as cows, gheese, turkey, pigs and small dogs of the volunteers often staying over night.
