 - Descripción- I am a young 57year old woman with a big old house close to Fremantle. One child out of home . The other 22 year old son still here in his music studio. He keeps night hours and rarely seen. He is autistic and no help to me. We are all well travelled, understand other cultures. 
 I am a visual artist textiles and hairdresser. I am at work most days . Not a lot of time for socialising tbh but can help where needed.
 I would appreciate
 Help my squarespace website updated if you are good at that.
 Main request is for spring cleaning and weeding. dog walks. Maybe vegetarian cooking if you are into it. But mostly cleaning and organising. On your own timetable. The rest of the time go exploring Fremantle and Perth city.
 If you have experience installing guttering I’d love to hear about it.
 . My home is old character close to transport. 7 mins bus to Fremantle. 10 minutes drive to beach. We are fairly relaxed with some veggie beds, compost.etc. Sustainability minded. Large poodle included. Lots of parks and river nearby. Walking distance to Bicton baths. For river sunset swimming and fishing.Very close to shops, cafes, post office, bars, restaurants and much more. I am a decent cook or make your own in a large kitchen. Share bathroom. Own large room. With queen bed.
 My partner is open to employing workers with mechanical, engineering, electrical experience. His main business is scrap metal. Help with Mostly deconstructing cars . Fix some. Pick them up etc. good boss and pay for the right people. Experience with trucks, forklift excavator advantage but not necessary.

 - Algo más...- Historical Fremantle is the big draw card. And river and beach easy access to freo via bus or walking. We have bicycles. Car may be possible . Upmarket suburb. We have had many lodgers and air bnb, and 3 workaways so familiar with sharing. We are well travelled so get differences.
