I am Thai & vegan. I have my own garden and it is located in Krasang, Satuek district, Buriram Province, Thailand. It is a food forest farm which has 10 Rais and full of trees, bamboos, bananas, herbs, local vegetables and local trees. I like sustainable food and permaculture. In my community has 10 families, 50 people. It is 30 Kms from Satuek district. We cook local food, snacks and eat together with volunteers as the same family. I would like to have volunteers to help me on my farm for example making compost with dried leaves, digging the soil to make vegetables bed, planting vegetables and fruit trees, watering the garden, design the eco system garden and etc. Thank you very much for interesting my projects. I would like to build a better world.
While you stay at the place please kindly get up at 07.00 am. The weather is too hot so we start working early in the morning until 12.00 pm. Then take a break until 03.00 pm. After that, we go to the farm and work for a short hours.
Also, we serve only local organic vegan meal which full of nutrients. We get fresh organic fruits and vegetables from our farm to cook healthy food.
How to get to Buriram? There are 3 options to go to my farm
Option 1 By Plane from DonMaung Airport to Buriram Airport
Option 2 By train from Hua Lampong train Station, Bangkok to Buriram Province then connect the van from Buriram bus station to Satuek district. After that get the motorcycle taxi in front of Bangkok Bank, Satuek branch.
Option 3 By Bus from Mochit Bus Station, Bangkok to Satuek District then rent motorcycle taxi at Bangkok Bank to the farm.
Remark: I can pick you up from SATUK district and drop off when you return, please kindly support my gas fee 600 THB (20$) for the round trip.
Also, my farm is near Surin province that you can connect to Siem Reap, Cambodia. It's 50 Kms from my Garden to Surin province. I charge for gas fee 750 THB for one way ($25), 1,500 THB for round trip (50$)Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje
