Hello dear workawayer
We are an Italian family of 5: my husband Andrea, Emilia (12y) , Olivia ( 9y) , Mattia (6y) and myself (Marta)!
We have a sweet labrador called Max always ready to play. Our children are so curious and funny, they love singing, dancing , playing with friends, swimming etc..
We love spending our free time all together, with our friends or our relatives.
We spend most of our free time (the weekends) away in the mountains where we have a second home. Here we love hiking and exploring

We love cooking so you could learn how to make and/or cook some Italian traditional dishes...
You could learn some Italian (even if we require to speak only in English with the kids)
In addition you will be free to explore our amazing area as the Riviera of Flowers , Portofino, Genova, Cote d'Azur, our interesting hinterland, or you can choose to chill at the beach or by the pool
We have a lovely dog so this could be of interest in you if you love animals.

We are looking for an English speaking nanny (non smoker) . We like the idea that our children spend part of their time with a FUNNY big sister and, in the meantime, they have the good and unique opportunity to speak and improve their English.
You could be perfect for us if you really like PLAYING a lot with kids(...not only watching them... it is not enough for us) if you really like spending time with them teaching new things and speaking with them, if you are energic, kind, smiling and in general an happy person curious about different people and experiences. In addition, as we have a dog too, you should be an animal lover... if all these expects rapresent you then please contact us !
We need help starting from mid june till mid sept, Mon to Fri, mostly during the mornings
You should play a lot with our 3 kids and have lunch with them.
We have a spacious house and a big outdoor area where you can play, including a pool.
For this reason you should be able to swim and play with the kids in the water .
We require to play a lot and have fun...all in English and without the use of the mobile phone or tv. Your time spent with them hast to be real quality time. Part of the morning should be dedicated to school-works at least 1 or 2 times a week. Both Emilia and Olivia are very indipendent and responsable, they organize their time and studies very well, so you should just assist Mattia.
We require you to feel as part of the family and not as a guest so please give a hand during the lunch/dinner preparations, set the table etc.. when you enjoy us during meals.

We require you to speak in English with the kids. My husband Andrea speaks Spanish whilst the kids and I are just beginners, we are all open to improve it.
Alojamiento
In our spacious home there is a private room and a private bathroom for you during your stay.
We provide 3 italian meals a day and we are open to learn new recipes if requested.
In case you have specially requirements please just ask.

We live in a small village called Piani, a place nearby a nice town on the sea called Imperia. From here there are lovely places to visit like Sanremo, Genova, Monte Carlo, Portofino, the hinterland
The bus stop for Imperia centre is at only few metres from our home.
A cycle path is at a few metres too and is connected to the centre of Imperia and, on the opposite direction, to the next village (San Lorenzo) and all the others ending in Sanremo.
We provide the use of a bicycle and, in addition, bikes and motorscooters for rental are available everywhere in Imperia area (Piani included). You can easly rent using your mobile phone, with an app and an electronical payment.
