  I am an older lady and my son lives in an attached unit. We are passionate about the environment and creative by nature. I work in Academia as well as in the Family and Domestic Violence sectors.

  I work at a University and support students, especially those studying from abroad, to adjust to WA. I am always keen to share language and cultural differences with one another. Happy to show you the sights, including beaches. I am keen to give our gardeners, vegetable, native, and sustainable more attention and look at making more 'set ups' for our 4 chickens. I have a Graduate Diploma in Art Psychotherapy but having said that really just enjoy all the many creative activities possible. Plenty of space and equipment to enjoy spinning, weaving, art, etc.

  I prefer that travelers use the skills they are passionate about or would like to explore and practice. Any carpenters are always very welcome but mainly jobs we can all learn and hopefully enjoy :)

  Hopefully very relaxed, plenty of room with a single bedroom with fans, heating when needed. Rooms for privacy. Large house on a large suburban block, space, gardens, etc. Food and cooking negotiable to your preferences etc.

  3-4 kilometers to train stations that go to Perth city and Mandurah and everywhere between. Bus stops and electric bike to use. Beaches 12-minute drive away. Lots of parks and cycle ways.
