  Descripción

  We are a small farm out side the bustling town of Carrick on Shannon. We have sheep, goats and horses as well as ducks, chickens, cats, dogs and a rabbit!!
  We are good fun and love being outside and having adventures - camping/fishing/swimming in our local lake. The children are 13 and 9 and love having another young person in the house to have fun with!

  We have had au pairs and work away people in the past which we love and have kept in touch with all of them (including holidays with them after they leave). They love the relaxed atmosphere here and the lively town for its night life.

  Ayuda

  I’m a single parent so would welcome some help catching up with help around the farm and in general outside. Making a bonfire, Hedge trimming, clearing moss off the drive etc. nothing that requires farming help or experience but a good healthy attitude to being outside and getting mucky is essential. On rainy days help with some indoor tasks too with some cleaning/de cluttering. Would appreciate another adult in the house for a small amount of child supervision. They are very independent and don’t need baby sitting. Just supervision occasionally if I need to go out.
  My elderly mother lives with us. She has carers in 3 times a day but she may need the occasional drink or snack if I am out. She is very happy and content.

  We have very good broad band and it would be no problem to make a works space in your bedroom.

  As long as the pet is small animal friendly. We have chickens/ducks and horses. All which can be very exciting/dangerous for an animal with no previous exposure.

  We have anew puppy who is a black Labrador and very cute!
  We also have a large variety of other animals both inside and out so it is essential you are an animal person and don’t have allergies. 😊
