Descripción
We’re currently looking for a caring and reliable live-in helper to join our household starting Jan 2027. We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 to 6 months.
Hello!
We’re a busy active family of four living in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia (plus our friendly cat!). Our family includes our 9- year-old daughter, 11-year-old son, and us—Mom and Dad—. We love spending our weekends hiking, going to concerts, visiting friends and family, and finding fun and exciting adventures together.
We live in a lovely, family-friendly neighborhood just:
• 15 minutes’ walk from the ocean
• 30–60 minutes from local ski hills
• 20 minutes by bus to downtown (the bus stop is right in front of our house!)
Responsibilities include:
• Picking the kids up from school
• Light housekeeping and cleaning
• Some meal prep (lunches and dinners)
• Occasional childminding during evenings or weekends
You’ll have your own private room on the main floor of our home, and we hope to welcome someone who enjoys being part of a busy household and who loves working with children.
If you’re organized, proactive, and excited about spending time in beautiful Vancouver with a fun-loving family, we’d love to hear from you! -

We are a busy family that enjoys all that our city has to offer. We are passionate about eating healthy and staying fit. We also value our family and friends and regularly visit Grandparents on the weekends.

Ayuda
Our children go to school monday-friday but we need some help with drop off and pick up. We may also need some help with childcare in the evenings and the odd weekend. The hours will vary daily but we can be flexible.
General house cleaning, dinner prep/cooking and help with making lunches would also be requested and is a huge help! -

You get your own private bedroom with a twin bed as well as a semi-private bathroom on the main level of the house. Internet, laundry and food are provided.
We eat dinner as a family when we can which you are more that welcome to join or feel free to eat what/when works for you. We generally eat healthy vegetarian meals with some chicken, fish or tofu. -

We live in Vancouver a 10min drive or 20min bus ride into downtown and only a 20min drive to the local ski mountains and amazing hiking trails.
