  Our Sailing School, located in Tuscany, Italy, recognized by the Italian Sailing Federation, is a professional, dynamic, and enjoyable sailing academy situated on the beach and in the Mediterranean- Tirrenean Sea, boasting a great fleet of 23 keel dinghies. Established in 2007, we open our doors from March to October each year.
  We are currently seeking SAILORS and SAILING INSTRUCTORS (but we don't need a certification) with substantial experience in sailing and in navigating on dinghies. We are looking also for an efficient SECRETARY , italian mother tongue.
  Join us and experience the beauty of Italy in spring and summer, surrounded by warm-hearted people, pleasant accommodations near the sea, delicious food, interesting trekking paths, and vibrant nightlife. You will cherish your life experience here with us. It would possible to come for just a month or more, within this period march/october-november, but at minimum for 2 weeks.
  NO TIME WASTER. NO "MERCENARIES".
  We're looking only for reliable, passionate, enthusiast, motivated staff.
  We offer free accommodation and a daily salary ranging from 30 to 80 euros per day, depending from the period, from availability, but ONLY on your actual and real skills in sailing and teaching sailing and being autonomous on board with a crew often of underages, from Monday to Friday. 6,5 hours maximum per day. Week End free.
  Valid Italian work/touristic visa/EU citizenship required.
  For those who will work with us for several months, the possibility of accumulating INPS social security contributions and accessing unemployment benefits for coordinated and continuous collaborators - DIS COLL. Furthermore, we remind you that income from work paid by amateur sports associations - ASD is exempt from direct taxation up to 15,000 euros.

  Since many years we host people as instructors or students from different countries. We love improving our English and have a cultural exchange with every people want to spent some time with us and learn italian language and culture.
  We offer great and confortable accomodations near the sea.
  We need someone to give us a concrete and real hand and so we have decided to offer a payment to everyone according to every skills.
  We give also in the free time, in according with the instructors, the possibility to learn an improve sailing.
  Every people could arrive here like workwayer but leaves like our good friends and part of big family.
  One italian coach/tutor/trainer will always train you for the job and will introduce you to the italian life style and tipical habits, giving you a cultural exchange and an opportunity of learn a job that includes sailing and teaching. You can help us to give unforgettable human experiences to all our students, underage or adults, Living a beach life and working for and with people of different cultures. You'll enjoy your work here. Saturdays and sundays free to relax and visit tuscany , learning a job from coaches and managers with a long experience all around the world.
  We'd like to exchange experiences and habits and learn english, teaching our italian language.

  SAILING INSTRUCTORS
  
  Our Sailing School is only looking for SAILORS (experts or intermediates) or certified (or not) SAILING INSTRUCTORS on dinghies with centerboard, able to organize activities with the team and help on board and on the beach.
  
  If you love the sea and have a strong passion for sailing and teaching, join our team!
  
  Sailing Instructor
  Location: Argentario (GR) Tuscany - Italy
  Contract: To be agreed upon depending on availability
  
  Main Responsibilities:
  Organize and conduct theoretical and practical sailing lessons for students of various levels.
  Ensure the safety of students during water activities.
  Basic maintenance of nautical equipment.
  Assist in shore sailing activities.
  
  Requirements:
  Evenctual Valid boating license and instructor certification (not necessary e.g., FIV, RYA).
  Evenctual Experience as a sailing instructor.
  Evenctual sailing experience on dinghies and keel boats or Rubber motor dinghies
  Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  Basic knowledge of English.
  We're looking only for serious, motivated, passionate, reliable staff.

  Our 3 free staff accommodations are villas near the sea with all the facilities for 4 or 5 staff. Kitchen fully furnished with everything, private bathroom, Washing and dish machines. Rooms for one or Two. We have a van or cars for the transfer round trip to the sailing base. Clean and secure. Parking ok.
