  Welcome to maendeleo mapya grassroot initiative, a non governmental charitable organization whose mission is to empower the underprivileged /needy in slums and rural areas. our thematic areas are women, youths and girlchild empowerment, promoting education for all, promoting Agriculture , Climate Justice and Promoting Talent growth.Our team is composed of Director who is the founder of the Organization, Administrator in charge of daily operations ie communications project manager in charge of projects implementation and monitoring and 10 members provide service to project.All are volunteers we don't have paid staffs.

  The volunteers will meet the locals, learn the local way of living, experience different cultures since we work both in the city and in rural areas, they will also learn the local language.The Volunteer will also have a chance to show his/her culture to the local community.

  we are asking for volunteers who have skills in project administration and management, social worker, proposal writing, mentoring ,psychology and mental health, teaching ,environment and photography.

  Alojamiento

  I have a home where i will personally host the volunteers and i will provide 3 local meals a day .

  we have beautiful sceneries where the volunteers can visit during their time off.the volunteers can also have nature walks in the rural areas where we have our projects.
