Learn mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction... Mindful and serene property with an international twist in Australia| river and beach nearby.
My is Vietnamese French Australian. Anthony is NewZealand Irish Australian. We worked and lived in many countries. We are a very multicultural family. Our 2 daughters are based between France and Vietnam. We speak French, English, Vietnamese and sometimes Japanese too at home! We are 90% vegetarian (we still eat fish sauce!!)
We are both coaches and trainer, former university lecturer. We are teaching corporates to value wellbeing, happiness, diversity and inclusion and women's rights. I also teach cross cultural challenges when you work with people from other cultures. We run retreats in mindfulness, in emotional intelligence in magical peaceful sites ... and we are back home to look after the property as it has been rented while we were away. We would like to restore the peaceful energy as the retreat we left when we went away. Beautiful town. Beautiful place near the mountain and the beach... The river is at the bottom of our property. We have possum, bandicoot, kookaburra, kind parrots...
I used to work with international students and prepare them before they study in Australia. Cultural shock, culture brief...
I am pretty active, love martial arts (iaido), yoga and also we have great space for meditation. I would love to do more mosaics with you if you like creativity! I published my first book on Happiness.
Anthony is a keen outdoor guy, cycling a lot, hiking along the ridge near the house. Our property is one acre, by the river, with 7 types of gum trees (food for koalas I rescue)... we planted more than 400 trees by ourselves, restored the land. We tried to apply permaculture principles. We have solar panels (electricity and water) ad are very mindful of our ecological footprint.Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje

If you are looking for a typical Australian experience, it's not us. We don't do eat meat sausages BBQ. We speak more than one language!
We are widely traveled, and you can learn from our work and life experience... Studied in France at the Sorbonne, the USA, worked in Japan , China, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, New Zealand, Australia and Vietnam... starting in stock exchange to haute couture to setting up joint ventures to uni teaching and consulting... Anthony grew up in Scotland, then New Zealand then Hong Kong and Australia and now in Vietnam. We are both writers... We love art and we can do mosaics projects together as well. We eat French and Vietnamese... mostly plant based diet.
I can teach you mindfulness. we can meditate daily together and I can teach you tools to be emotionnally sound, grounded to earth and address stress.
We can make bread, pizza together... We are both career mentors... so we are delighted to help if you wish. The more we understand each other the better the world! You need to love animals, wildlife. We have a colony of bats flying through every night. It's mesmerizing.Ayuda
We need your help... in our 50's now.... We need your creativity as well.
As our property has been rented for a while, we would like to move back and see its energy back. Serene, a space for a mind retreat, quiet and away from the city.
As we are trying to restore our home as it used to be before it was rented, we need some help from you. This is our first time we are doing this! I would love to create a space for mosaics, a natural space for a meditation maze...
We are looking for help for the following main tasks:
Clean gutter
Prune trees and bush
Weeding
Help with bamboo fencing
Maintenance with the house
Clean house dust - window
Mulching
AND the fun... mosaics...
We need someone tidy, respectful, who tidy themself up after themselves, and put tools away after use. AND be an early bird. It's hot here and the morning starts at 730 ish. (5 hours a day).Idiomas

You can park your campervan in our property. Plenty of space! with views on bamboo or the river.
OR
a room (our music room with piano and double bass) with a mattress in the main house
Note it's a no shoes inside (dirt stay outside of our inner world). The main house has 1 bathroom, large covered deck, one storey. We are 10 minutes walk to the town of Bellingen.
We can share meals together of course but respect your privacy and autonomy. We have mountain bikes and you are free to use them to go to the Promised Land and the many forests we have around here.Algo más...
If you like nature there is plenty to do. We cycle a lot. we can take you to the beach (12 minutes away) for picnic or breakfast by the beach trying to spot dolphins and whales, and nearby kangaroos. The train station is not too far if you want to go anywhere in the region. It s a pretty touristy region. If you have a car it s the best way to travel in Australia.
We expect a respectful behaviour with nature and wildlife... and of course we are here to help ( we have 2 daughters so we know what you might need!).

They were really kind, caring and easy going; I felt like I was part of the family.
Lots of interesting conversations shared while eating the yummy food they cooked.
I really enjoyed working in their beautiful garden, despite the rain. Weeding around their giant yin-yang… read more

I did gardening mainly. That was a big Job.
Cause there was a huge garden where almost nothing had been done for six years.
But I didn't worry about it. Cause the host family taught me what they want me to do carefully and… read more
