After years traveling around the world and staying in Hostels we wanted to settle down and become the hosts you would love to find on your journey.
We are opening a new hostel in Oaxaca City so the tasks are diverse but about renewing our house, painting, cleaning...
We propose different activities for our guest (yoga, bicycle tours, biodanza...) so if you have any special skill and want to teach it you are more then welcome!
Also we like to share time and information with our guests to allow them to have the best experience in town.
We are located in the city center close to the big park "El llano" and the beautiful neighborhood of Jalatlaco, famous for the day of the dead murals.

We are a french mexican family, open minded, speaking 3 languages and we know the town and area so we can recommend places to visit to have the best experience in Oaxaca.

We are running a new hostel in town so we mostly need to make it comfy, sociable and fun!
We also need more decorations so any help with art or gardening is welcome!
If you would like to paint a wall, make a drawing there's plenty of space!
Also people who can run any activity is more than welcome. We are hiring yoga teacher or any dancing teacher

We provide a room with shared bathroom. We offer a vegetarian continental breakfast and we are also super motivated to share world food so you are welcome to cook your favorite dish for dinner and we can all share as a potluck dinner! Oaxaca gastronomy is also rich so we can recommend good place to eat outside!

Kat is a wonderful person, always ready to help, she understands everything so quickly, also proposed help on decorating the bar area. I feel really comfortable to work with her that we also hangout to danse salsa some nights. More than a workawayer she became my friend !

I had such a nice time volunteering at Marine's. Marine takes care of her volunteers and organize trips for us and hotel guest. Working for Marine was a joy. The hostel, while still being worked on and renovated, is a pretty place with great rooms and the shifts go by easily.
