  We, Meike (59) and Paul (70) have a small finca near 21390 Encinasola/Andalusia. This is on the Spanish border with Portugal and about 150km from the sea. We are here in the nature reserve Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. It is far away from everything, so we can enjoy the peace and quiet undisturbed. It has a lot of nature worth seeing and almost no traffic. We regularly go on excursions to the beautiful surroundings.
  
  Wir, Meike (59) und Paul (70) haben eine kleine Finca in der Nähe von 21390 Encinasola/Andalusien/Spanien. Das ist an der spanischen Grenze zu Portugal und ca. 150km vom Meer entfernt. Wir sind hier im Naturschutzgebiet Sierra de Aracena und Picos de Aroche. Das ist weit entfernt von allem, so das wir ungestört die Ruhe geniessen können. Es hat eine Menge sehenswerter Natur und so gut wie keinen Verkehr. Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung machen wir regelmässig.

  Living by the village gives us a natural contact with life here. As I am an organic gardener and Paul is a carpenter, we can certainly offer some exciting things.
  Our excursions into the surrounding area give a nice insight into this part of Spain.
  
  Durch das Wohnen beim Dorf ergibt sich ganz natürlich der Kontakt mit dem Leben hier. Da ich Biogärtnerin bin und Paul Tischler können wir sicher einiges Spannende bieten.

  Help with the vegetable garden and plant care. We always have various projects on our finca that we work on ourselves. You can support us depending on your interests and skills.
  
  Mithilfe beim Gemüsegarten und Pflanzenpflege. Wir haben immer verschiedenste Projekte auf unsere Finca an denen wir selber arbeiten. Je nach Lust und Fähigkeiten unterstütz ihr uns.

  Alojamiento

  We have a small house in the village of Encinasola (2km away) that is exclusively for the use of our volunteers. We do tasks in the mornings and then eat lunch together at the finca. We also provide food in the house. We're always happy when our volunteers try their hand at cooking to learn new recipes. Otherwise, we do the cooking. We've found that staying in a guesthouse also means spending time alone. This isn't for everyone. So consider whether you're comfortable being alone or come as a couple.
  
  Wir haben ein kleines Haus im Dorf Encinasola (2km), dass zur alleinigen Verfügung steht für die Helfer. Vormittags wird gearbeitet und Mittags essen wir dann zusammen auf der Finca. Zusätzlich werden im Haus Nahrungsmittel gestellt.Wir freuen uns immer wenn unsere Helfer auch mal kochen um Neues kennenzulernen. Ansonsten kochen wir. Wir haben festgestellt, dass die Unterbringung im Gästehaus mit sich bringt auch allein Zeit zu verbringen. Das ist nicht für jeden was. Also überlegt euch ob ihr auch gut allein sein könnt oder kommt zu zweit.

  We take it easy and it has to be fun. We enjoy our vegetable garden, like to do projects with wood, have to look after the terreno with our olive trees and occasionally pet our chickens and dwarf goats. We bring and pick up the guests to the bus station in the neighbouring village (23km).
  
  Wir nehmen es gemütlich und es muss Spass machen. Wir haben Freude an unserem Gemüsegarten, werken gerne mit Holz, müssen das Terreno mit unseren Olivenbäumen pflegen und ab und zu unsere Hühner und Zwergziegen streicheln. Wir bringen und holen die Gäste zum Busbahnhof im Nachbarort (23km).
