  We are a warm and welcoming French-English family of four living in the heart of a beautiful and lively mountain village in Mallorca. We are looking for someone who is interested in a true cultural exchange and would love to become part of our family life. Maybe offering help 3 hours, 3/4 days a week.With 2/3 full days off
  I am British and work part-time remotely, while my husband is French and works as a sailor. We have two young children, aged 7 and 5, who attend the local school.
  We are mainly looking for someone to become part of our family, sharing in daily life while we all learn about new cultures together. Support would include helping with housekeeping, walking the children to school or sports activities, and taking part in cooking and family meals. My husband is often working away so usually just myself and the two children at home.
  We would love to share our lifestyle with someone who enjoys spending time outdoors and being part of an active family. You would be welcome to join us sailing, hiking in the mountains, enjoying village life, and sharing meals together.
  We live in a charming terraced house with mountain views, right in the center of our vibrant village, known for its strong sense of community, multicultural atmosphere, and rich local traditions. Palma is just 25 minutes away, and the beach is only 35 minutes from our home.

  We speak English as a family but also French, Spanish and Catalan. We would love our family to learn about new cultures and food!
  We are keen sailors and love cooking.
  A work away can be part of our family but also be easily absorbed into village life and quickly able to make connections. There is always fiestas, concerts , exhibitions going on and you can get the bus/train to palma.

  We speak English as a family, but would be interested to speak in French, Spanish or Catalan. The children speak all three and I take lessons in Spanish.

  Alojamiento

  You would have your own room on the ground floor with separate bathroom. It is a sofa bed but is very comfortable! We have been using the room as an office/play room/guest room but allows you your own space in our 3 bed house. We would share meals, and cooking if you are interested?i will provide the food.

  There is a bus/train service to Palma or the beaches and the mountains for hiking/mountain biking. We have a swimming pool and there is a village pool. We are in the center of town and within easy access of bars, shops, cafes, library and theatre.
