Descripción
A beautiful property in rural Mayenne with just over 8 acres of garden, paddocks and a huge apple orchard. A great place if you are looking for tranquility and calm. Help around the garden and fields will be much appreciated as will some help with the horses, the cat and the dog! And if you know how to make cidre, please help yourself to the apples.
It’s a real bonus if you are able to offer French lessons - or at least French conversation.
I work from home but am generally around in the mornings to chat whilst working with the horses or in the garden/fields.
You will benefit more from the surrounding areas if you have a car.
There is a stand alone gîte with a brand new kitchen for you to stay in so you can be independent.

The location is incredibly tranquil but also very sociable in that there is a very supportive local network of people. You will experience the warm Mayenne /Normandy hospitality from this beautiful quiet spot in the countryside.

Help around the garden as well as the fields would be very welcome. And if you can lend a hand with the horses, even better ! Plus any help with the French language (for my mother and my partner) would be great. There is always a new project that we need a hand or four with!

We are an hour’s drive from the Normandy coast - where you can visit Mont Saint Michel. We are also close to Brittany so there is plenty to explore during your time off.

The work hours were very reasonable.
