I have travelled the world and worked as a ski instructor for a long time. I have now settled on Macleay Island and I am an owner builder who has just recently built a new house and am looking for help with the garden and other odd jobs. I live on an island in Queensland with a great community. The house is a two storey house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two living areas.
I will be doing some diy projects that you could assist myself with and painting . I’m also looking to establish the garden from scratch. I have started growing vegetables and herbs which need watering and taking care of as well.
Locally on the island is yoga, arts and craft classes, fitness and water sports. Brisbane and the Gold Coast is acesable by public transport for 50 cents. I have bikes that can be used to explore the island and other islands locally which you can go to by ferry for free. -

I'll be able to show you around the Island and introduce to you the island style of life which is very laid back. You will be working with myself and will share gardening and diy projects teaching you how to use tools correctly and learn new skills. I enjoy cooking and eating food from different cultures so if you enjoy cooking that is a bonus as I like to learn new styles and tastes and I can also show you Aussie style food.
There is fishing on the island, arts and crafts, yoga and swimming. Macleay island is located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. -
