I have new just open exciting Hostel in the heart of Georgetown, Penang right now.
Our goal is to have a social hostel where people can meet, connect and make new friends.
I already have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry, but as I don't have enough capacity to do all the things myself, I need some helping hands to get everything ready and up and running smooth.
On a long term basis we would love to have several permanent staff to take over all the cleaning and maintenance, so the volunteers can relax and contribute to create a great environment at our hostel, but for now it is just me and three other staff, so we will still need some help with all kinds of things here and there as well.

Our travellers/ volunteers will benefit from the knowledge that our staff and managers have of Penang and Malaysian culture. We would love to show you around and give you an authentic experience you will never forget.
Our staff are interested in the culture from the volunteers different countries and they can give a lot of insight into the rich Malaysian culture, history, and tradition.

We're happy to take on any volunteers looking to help us out with different tasks, including entertaining the guests and general maintenance for our Hostel to be fully operational.
We would like any volunteer interested in helping us out to help 5 hours work a day 5 days a week while also having an amazing time and plenty of fond memories.
We request anyone interested in volunteering to commit at least 2 weeks with us.
