We are youth hostel in Hvar town, located 15minutes walking from the centre. We are proud to be on of the top rated and most social hostel on the island. We are always looking for people who are looking to help us out and work at the hostel, in exchange for accommodation, salary and other benefits (restaurant discounts, free Wi-Fi, kitchen use, laundry facilities, etc). Most of our guests and staff are young students who are looking to meet new people, improve language skills (English, Spanish, Portuguese or to learn some basic of Croatian), and to have fun. Hvar is very popular due to its secluded beaches and crystal blue sea water and party nightlife which is perfect combination for anyone looking for fun and great time in Hvar. Furthermore, Hvar is a very historical place with its oldest theatre in Europe (built in 1612) and stunning castle (built in 1512) which is perfect base to learn something about history and culture of this small but very important in history of Croatia. Come and discover it by yourself.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing, clean and responsible person who wants to join us in our famous hostel in Hvar :)

HELP WITH CLEANING - Available periods: (You must be able to stay this whole period)
#1: 1st of June - 30th of June (1month)
#2: 1st of July - 31st of July (1month)
#3: 1st of August - 31st of August (1month)
#4 1st of September - 30th of September (1month)
Tasks range from:
-Making beds and tidying up the rooms
-Keeping the general area clean and tidy
-Periodically checking and cleaning facilities
You will be helping us 4-5 hours per day with 2 days off per week
In exchange for your work we offer:
- Accommodation
- Payments in cash - salary (the minimum wage for every hour of help)
- Other benefits (Restaurant discounts, laundry, wifi, free hostel, kitchen use etc)
IMPORTANT NOTES:

Do you speak French, Italian or German? Perfect! Our team is very international so if you are also looking to learn a new language ( we are fluent in English, Croatian, Portuguese and Spanish) or just improve language skills - we would love to have you here!
Flat/Apartment with rooms (you will be sharing with another helpers from our hostel). This include room with beds, a shared kitchenette to prepare your meals and a shared bathroom with shower. Males and females are separated.
Hvar town draws a massive 20 000 tourists per day in high season and it is easy to see why. From the crystal blue waters to the beautiful pebble beaches that hug the coastline, Hvar is a paradise for everybody.
Wander along the main square and get lost in the old town’s cobbled back streets. See famous “Last Supper” and visit 500 years old cypress tree in Franciscan Monastery. Check out the oldest public theatre in Europe and continue up the hill to the beautiful Fortress - the view on Hvar will blow your mind. Rent a car, scooter or a quad to travel all around the island and discover beautiful towns and secluded beaches. Let us know at the reception and we will arrange that for you.
