Wendy and Dave have been amazing hosts!
We stayed for just over a month and had an absolutely wonderful experience.
The house was very clean and tidy, and it felt incredibly cosy. We especially enjoyed our time there in autumn, with the warm atmosphere of the fireplace, which made us feel like home.
There was plenty of gardening work to be done in
… read more their large garden, mostly weeding, but also tree cutting and general garden maintenance. The tasks around the house were varied, including cleaning, cooking, baking and taking care of their lovely dogs Eddie and Umbro. We were given a lot of freedom in choosing which tasks to do and when, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxed.
We had everything we needed, from laundry facilities to a warm shower, and felt very well taken care of. The food was delicious, we’re especially grateful to Wendy for the fantastic meals!
Dave kindly took the time to show us around, so we also had the chance to enjoy some amazing sightseeing!
Eddie and Umbro made our stay even more special. We love them.
All in all, we can definitely recommend Wendy and Dave as hosts. We leave this place with many memories that will stay in our hearts for a long time.

Leo and Zelie are a very nice young couple. They are both very polite with family and friends and very tidy around the house. Their communication skills are very good, as they are both multi-lingual, and can express themselves quite well.
They both formed a great relationship with our two dogs, who they frequently took for walks.

… read more pleasure to introduce them to some of the places around the area where we live and, we believe, they enjoyed these excursions.
Both were regularly involved in general housework, cooking and baking as well as general garden maintenance. Leo was also involved in some tree and fishpond maintenance. They kindly looked after the house and our dogs for a few days whilst we were called away North on family matters.
Although our original planned attachment was for a month, with the possible extension beyond that, we have found that we unfortunately cannot extend due to further family commitments, which is regrettable.
Leo and Zelie are a pleasant couple and make ideal “Work-Away” individuals. We commend them to others looking for assistance with “Work-Away” activities. We would personally welcome them back at any time.

Martin was very polite and eager to learn new skills . He helped my husband so much as we are renovating the porch of our home . So lots of tiling electrics and sanding of doors and window frames all tackled with enthusiasm. Clean and tidy person . Welcome back anytime .

Although short (3 weeks), my stay in Inagh was great ! Wendy and Dave are extremely friendly people and are an adorable couple, not to mention Wendy is an exceptional cook !! They have two dogs: Umbro and Eddie, real teddy bears !
As for the work, it was not complicated : gardening, weeding, painting, lawn care, … especially since the schedules

Clare County is rich in both history and landscape, with Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Aran Islands, Loop Head, Bridges of Ross, Caherconnell Stone Fort, Poulnabrone Dolmen and more.
Finally, from time to time, the couple took me with them to show me other places (Ennis, Shannon, Craggaunowen…) and to walk the dogs. In short, a short but intense stay !!
