  Welcome to us!
  
  We (Sofia 11, Oscar 14 and I Annika 44) live in Östersund, a city in the middle of Sweden with a lot of nature and adventures just outside the door.
  
  We live next to the lake Storsjön and we often visit beautiful areas in the surronding.
  
  I work as a teacher in Psychology at Mid Sweden University. Yoga, mindfulness and beeing outdoor is a part of my daily life. I would love to do acroyoga if you are interested :-)

  As I work as a psychology teacher at Mid Sweden University, you are most welcome to visit my work and meet my colleagues. I can also introduce you and show you activities organized for students/visitors in Östersund. You are also welcome to come along to the school where the children go and join their classroom.
  
  We will show you around Östersund and its surroundings. Show you historical places and beautiful scenic spots. Swimming in the lake, go by SUP on the lake, go ice skating, skiing, hiking etc.

  Above all, we wish for a cultural and pleasant exchange. Being able to speak English, socialize and show you around.
  
  We appreciate you cooking and helping us in various ways.
  
  I would also like help with a website (if you are good at such things). I don't have my own business, but I sometimes offer free yoga and mindfulness courses that I want to make visible.

  Alojamiento

  The apartment is a real gem located in the heart of central Östersund. It faces a courtyard, making it very quiet and peaceful inside. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, has a modern kitchen, a large balcony, and a sauna. You get your own bedroom.
  
  You get breakfast, lunch and dinner that you eat with us. You buy snacks, sweets and soft drinks with your own money.
