  I manage tourist boats in Djerba, a Mediterranean island known for its turquoise waters and rich culture. Our mission is to provide memorable experiences to our visitors by taking them on a journey to explore the island's beauty while enjoying entertaining activities on board.
  
  Djerba is an exceptional place, offering a perfect mix of relaxing on beautiful beaches, exploring historical sites, and immersing in a welcoming local culture. Joining us, you'll get the chance to live a unique adventure, enhance your communication and entertainment skills, and experience the island life of Djerba, all while helping tourists create unforgettable memories.

  Volunteers will be fully immersed in Djerba’s vibrant local culture and have the opportunity to experience life in a welcoming community. They will:
  
  Live in a dynamic environment where they can meet locals and travelers, sharing experiences and learning new skills.
  Learn kitesurfing alongside the community, embracing the island’s strong connection to water sports.
  Participate in local festivals and traditions, discovering the unique customs, music, and cuisine of Djerba.
  Receive training in webmastering and digital marketing, gaining valuable professional skills.
  Assist with guest reception and street marketing, improving their communication and customer service abilities.
  Join the boat crew starting in April, learning about maritime tourism and assisting in excursions.
  
  This experience offers a blend of adventure, professional growth, and cultural immersion, making it an enriching opportunity for any volunteer.

  Ayuda

  We are looking for creative and motivated volunteers to assist with digital marketing, content creation, and tourism activities. Your tasks may include:
  
  Managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok...)
  Creating and editing content (photos, videos, blog articles)
  Helping with website updates and SEO optimization
  Participating in excursions (boat trips, camel rides, quad biking) to capture content
  Assisting with general tourism activities and guest interaction
  
  This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, explore Djerba, and improve your language skills in Arabic, French, English, and Polish while contributing to an exciting tourism project.

  Volunteers will have the opportunity to practice and improve their skills in Arabic, French, English, and Polish through daily interactions with the team, tourists, and locals, making this a truly immersive language exchange experience.

  Alojamiento

  Volunteers will be accommodated in one of the following options:
  
  A private apartment next to our family home on our farm, offering a peaceful and authentic setting.
  An apartment in the tourist zone, just 7 minutes from the beach, with easy access to public transport.
  For van travelers, we provide a dedicated lagoon-side space with electricity, water, and toilet facilities.
  
  A mobile internet box (50GB/month) is available for remote work, even during desert excursions and camping trips. Volunteers also have access to high-speed internet workspaces in three coworking spaces (subscription included). Small, quiet pets such as dogs, cats, or other small animals are welcome.

  Volunteers will have flexibility in organizing their work schedule after receiving training and task demonstrations. They can choose their working hours and have access to multiple coworking spaces with a free membership, as well as a mobile WiFi hotspot with 50GB/month for remote work.
  
  During their free time, volunteers can:
  
  Relax at the nearby beach and explore the tourist area with its many restaurants, bars, and clubs.
  Join full-day or multi-day excursions, including camping trips, to create media content and write articles, especially for those skilled in photography.
  Discover Djerba’s rich culture, visiting historic sites, traditional markets, and local villages.
  Enjoy various leisure activities, as Djerba offers plenty of things to do, from water sports to local festivals.
  Transportation is convenient and affordable, with taxis available at low prices. For added flexibility, we provide one volunteer with an electric bicycle to move around easily.

  Volunteers will be accommodated in either a private apartment next to our family home on our farm or an apartment in the tourist zone, just 7 minutes from the beach with easy access to public transport. To ensure seamless connectivity, a mobile internet box with 50GB/month will be provided, allowing volunteers to work efficiently, even during desert excursions and camping trips. Additionally, a high-speed internet workspace is available at three different coworking spaces, with a subscription fully covered.
