  Hi / Bonjour / Ciao! looking for adventure and discovery? My name is Sam and alongside my 1 year old English Sheepdog (Cooper) we would like to open the doors to our 1800's country house project in southern Burgundy.
  
  Why will you love the place and the local area?
  
  My property lies amongst the rolling hills in a picturesque valley with plenty of walking paths and open roads to explore. Surrounded by nature, you will have a front row seat to admire the beauty of the local fauna and flora whilst being immersed in the French culture. The area is very peaceful and remote, and as a bonus the local TGV station (le Creusot, a short 15 minute drive away) also provides you the opportunity to connect to Paris in 1H10 and Lyon in 45 minutes. Within the next year across the 4 acre site we will also be adding a new orchard, bee hives, vegetable garden, vines and more...
  
  About me:
  
  I am a former chef and entrepreneur who has been fortunate enough to live in multiple countries and have now decided to base myself back in France primarily and I own a business here so I may work remotely. I travel to the UK or abroad roughly every 3 weeks to see my girlfriend who is currently working in London or friends / colleagues abroad. Due to the lifestyle I live I could really benefit from someone else here as there is always more to be done than there is time in the day to achieve!

  I often have visitors (either friends from abroad or locals) who pass by, you will have the opportunity to meet and get to know some fantastic characters from a variety of backgrounds. My parents (retired) and sister and nephew live a 1 hour drive away and they therefore tend to be about from time to time!

  What are we looking for?
  
  Someone who can be helpful around the farm in various areas, these can include:
  
  Helping look after Cooper
  Checking on our sheep (we have a very small flock)
  Assist around the house to help the day to day running
  Provide a helping hand with the garden as and when it would be appreciated.
  Helping me learn your language!
  
  What will I provide in return?

  Languages (I am an English / French dual national who also speaks Italian)

  Alojamiento

  You will have your own private fully furnished bedroom with double bed and access to the full house at your leisure. It is not the Ritz but its very comfortable and if you need anything in particular I will do my best to make it work for you!
  
  You can use the (very fast) wifi and we have a phone antenna 50 meters away so therefore there is always full phone signal.
  
  Food will be provided (I often cook or there are fantastic local food venues we can visit)
  
  All bedding / towels etc will be provided
