I'm still looking for someone who can stay at least for 2 months to take care of our kids and help us around the house.
I feel more comfortable having women taking care of elise and valentin.
I'm looking for someone who at least understand french otherwise it's too frustrating for our 8 year old.
I'm looking for someone who absolutly LOVE playing with kids:)
I do my best to follow the rules of "positive discipline". That is very important for me.
Elise and valentin like playing together and can also fight hard sometimes!
Rules of our house :
- No hiting or fighting, we talk when we don't agree, we respect each other (we are working hard on that one!! :)
- when we have candies at home, i ask they eat a fruit first before they eat one.
- when we hurt someone, break something... What can we do to repair/fix it?
Laurent, and I are separate.
We still get along very well.
Laurent lives 20 minutes away, most of time elise and Valentin stay with me from monday to thursday and stay with Laurent from friday to sunday.
Since we (Laurent and I) are both freelance our schedule change and we do our best to get organised, that means sometimes i will have E and V all week....
Laurent (46 years old), Claire (47 years old), Elise (11 years old) and Valentin ( 8 years old).
7 years ago we left for a year for a motorhome trip in Europe. We have traveled mainly to Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Albania.
We loved meeting other travelers and locals from the different countries.
That is why today I want to continue the experience by welcoming you to our home.
we started having workawayers in September 2021.
Laurent and I both work as freelances so our schedule is changing every week.
I work between 7 to 10 days per months.
We homeschool our children.
You will help me taking care of Elise and Valentin, cook and help us around the house.
If I have a few days of work then you will be the day alone looking after the kids.
Your schedule will change every week since my job schedule changes every week.
On sundays i give the schedule for the week.
With the children we play a lot, we go out to the park, to the museum, to libraries...
We enjoy gardening in our little garden.er.

Nous sommes rentrés depuis maintenant 7 ans, d'un voyage en camping car d'un an en Europe. Nous avons voyagé en Grèce, Turquie, Bulgarie, Macédoine du Nord et Albanie principalement.
Nous avons adoré rencontrer d'autres voyageurs et des habitants des différents pays que nous avons traverser.
C'est pourquoi aujourd'hui je souhaite continuer l’expérience en vous accueillant chez nous.
Laurent et moi sommes séparés depuis janvier. Nous nous entendons tres bien et restons un couple parentale uni!
Nous communiquons beaucoup pour faciliter cette transition.
Pour l'instant E et V sont avec moi du lundi au jeudi et chez Laurent du Vendredi au dimanche.
Comme nous sommes tous les 2 freelance nos plannings changent toutes les semaines et on adapte la garde des enfants en fonction de nos planning donc parfois je peux avoir les enfants toute la semaine....
Je travaille entre 7 et 10 jours par mois.
Les enfants font l'instruction en famille ils sont donc à la maison à temps plein.
Votre aide sera précieuse pour m'aider à m'occuper d'Elise et Valentin (en particulier les jours ou je travaille), cuisiner de temps en temps et donner un coup de main pour l'entretien de la maison.
Si jamais j'ai quelques jours de travail alors vous serez la journée seule à vous occuper des enfants
Votre planning changera chaque semaine pour s'adapter à mes jours de travail. En général je prépare le planning le dimanche pour la semaine.
Avec les enfants on joue beaucoup, on fait des sorties au parc, au muséum, dans des ludothèques.
Nous sommes sur le chemin de l'education bienveillante, c'est important pour nous :)
Nous aimons jardiner dans notre petit jardin.

I will need help getting the kids to the activities.
Elise is taking guitar lessons every monday from 4pm to 4:30 pm
Elise is painting every wednesday afternoon (from 2pm to 3pm)
On tuesday afternoon (noon to 4:30pm) and thursday (9 to 4:30) she's going to a place to play, called la lisiere.
On thursday she is starting aikido (4:30pm to 6:30pm)
Valentin is going to la lisiere on tuesday morning from 10 am to 4:30pm.
More activities might come during the year.
You will Play with them at home or at the park.....
Possibly bring them to the swimming pool, to the museum, to the library ...
cook some meals and keep the house clean: (laundry, tidy up if necessary, vacuuming and cleaning the house once a week).
If I have work then you will be all day with Elise and Valentin to play, cook for them ...
When I will work I will need you to take care of the kids from 8h30 to 7:30 pm .
I know my schedule a week before.
Some weeks I don't work, some weeks I work 2 days, some weeks 3 days....
You will be free for sure on Saturday and Sunday, unless.... (but that's rare)
I practice aikido and i go in the morning from 6:30 am to 9:15 am ( usually i get organised with you to see wich morning i can go)
Unless i work and then i absolutely need you to take care of elise and valentin i like to get organised with you for the rest (aikido, cleaning, cooking) to see what is best for you too.
J'aurai besoin d'aide pour amener les enfants aux activités.
Jouer avec eux à la maison ou au parc.
Éventuellement les amener à la piscine, au musée, à la ludothèque ...
m'aider à cuisiner de temps en temps et à entretenir la maison un minimum ( lessive, ranger si nécessaire, passer l'aspirateur 1 fois par semaine).
Si j'ai du travail alors vous serez toute la journée avec Elise et Valentin pour jouer, créer, leur faire à manger...
Je connais Mon planning une semaine a l'avance.
Je peux travailler 1,2,3...jours par semaine ou ne pas travailler du tout.
Ce qui est sure c'est que vous serez libre Les samedi et dimanche, sauf cas exceptionnel.
Quand je travaille vous serez Avec Elise et Valentin de 8h30 du matin a 19h30 du soir
Je pratique l'aïkido et en général j'y vais le matin entre 6h30 et 9h 15 mais pas tous les jours.
En dehors des jours ou je travaille et ou j'ai absolument besoin de vous pour vous occuper d'elise et valentin le reste du temps j'aime bien faire le planning en fonction de vous aussi.
Je serai principalement à la maison donc réellement nous seront 2 à nous occuper des loulous :) Vous aurez donc du temps de libre pour visiter la ville vous reposer...

Alojamiento
We live in Toulouse in a house of 82m2 with a garden.
You will have your own bedroom with a cupboard, a bed and an internet connection. We also have wifi. From your bedroom you will be able to go out directly in the garden.
If you need additional furniture, we'll find it so you feel at home.
We will share the bathroom and the rest of the house.
We will eat together if it's convenient for you except when you want to go out :)
We eat everything, we try to buy fresh and organic food as much as possible.

Vous aurez votre chambre de 9m2 avec une penderie, un lit et une connexion internet.
Si vous avez besoin de meubles supplémentaire on s’arrangera pour en trouver pour que vous vous sentiez à la maison.
Nous partagerons la salle de bain.
Nous mangerons ensemble si cela vous convient sauf quand vous sortirez :)
Nous mangeons de tout en essayant d'acheter frais et bio au maximum.

We live 10 minutes walking distance from the metro.
If you have your driving license and if you are comfortable driving you can borrow our car.
We also have a bike for you.
In Toulouse mainly we get around by metro or bicycle and we take our car when it's too far.

Nous vous prêterons aussi un velo.
A Toulouse principalement on se déplace en metro ou velo et nous prenons notre voiture quand c'est trop loin.

She is full of energy and is very easy to live with.
She loves cooking so we discovered Kurdish food and that was delicious!
Esra took good care of kids, they enjoyed playing with her and learning English and turkish songs too :)

He was helping us a lot around the house. What a pleasure to come home after work and have the house all tidy up!
