They offer great accomodation and take really care of their guests so they can enjoy their visit. The tasks aren't so as long as you become a member of the family, so you just contribute to the chores that must be done around. It doesn't mean there's no hard work to do (everyone has a TO DO list in the house), but I never felt I was working, just doing what was needed to do at home, your home. The affection and attention I was given in exchange certainly outweights the job I did. They also gave me cookies, plenty of them :)
Deb and Triz are natural travelers and really enjoy sharing their house with international guests. They concern about your plans and make sure you can live your experience the way you want to. They are certainly doing a great contribution to the workaway community. As other workawayer mentioned in his feedback, if you have the chance to visit them, don't think twice.

Raul was a wonderful work away . He immediately became part of the family. He is polite has excellent English, and is outgoing. He was willing to do any job and always made sure it was perfect. My grandchildren loved Raul and he would sit and play with them often.

He became friends with my nieces and nephews, spent time with my father, and really wanted to learn about America and American ways and taught us about Spain. He is honest and very trustworthy. We will be friends for life and our door will always be open to Raul .

Oh, what a beautiful time I've spent in Adams, MA. I was there barely two weeks, but those days were full of new experiences and inspirational trips. I took a bike trip near the Cheshire Lake and saw all those small streets and cute american houses, I visited many museums, I visited many typical, original american bars and restaurants, I was even
… read more singing a song in one bar at open-mic evening. I haven't even had such thing on my "to do" list, it was awesome. The whole area of Adams and Berkshires is beautiful. If you want to see 100% pure north America, you should definitely go there. Deb and Paul are great hosts and took care of me very well. Accommodation was outstanding and they provided me very good meals. I could write and tell about my trip all day and all night long :)

Its been a couple of weeks since Cathy and Stefan left to go back home and we miss them terribly. They were never intrusive but always there to help. We liked the dynamic of having a couple stay with us as we never felt obligated to entertain them knowing they had each other. On the other hand we learned so much about South Africa and all the
… read more other places they have traveled that it truly enriched our lives. We had a lot of laughs and some pretty good parties too with our friends and family whom they fit right in. They put on a birthday party for our grandson that is still being talked about. It was amazing. Both Cath and Stefan were wonderful with our grandchildren, Stefan, a bit of a jokester, entertaining them and Cath, a sweet gentle person, lovingly taking care of them. We would trust them with anything, even our babies. They took care of our animals (pigs, chickens and dog) when we were away. Stefan is an amazing cook and once we realized this he cooked nearly every night for us. Cath had become our gardener and our beds never looked so good. They also did some painting and repairs, no mater what we asked they did it and did it with great care. They are both very talented, very hard working and intelligent individuals, each working on writing a novel. We became what we would consider "life time friends" and I think business partners in a venture too. Anyone who has the opportunity to have them as a work away team would should consider themselves very lucky as your lives will not be the same after!

We stayed for more than two months with Deb and Triz and enjoyed every moment of their generous hospitality. From the very start we were made to feel part of their extended family living in and around Adams. These are hard working individuals that do their nation proud, lead by example and we are happy to call them our friends. They supported us
… read more in every manner and made sure we experienced the real charm of small town America. All tasks were clearly communicated and we worked in a very relaxed atmosphere. We can highly recommend them as hosts to anybody who would like to experience this beautiful corner of America. Our tasks ranged widely and included painting, cooking, help in restaurant, cutting grass , gardening, catching pigs, baking a grandson's birthday cake and fixing various things around the house.
