Surrounded by mountains, crystal-clear rivers, and the iconic wax palm trees, our hostel offers the perfect combination of nature, adventure, and a welcoming atmosphere for travelers from all over the world.
  We have dedicated coffee and cocktail experts, where you can also learn about these experiences. Our housekeeping and reception staff will make you feel right at home.

  Additionally, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in coffee culture and explore the incredible biodiversity of the Cocora Valley, a magical place surrounded by nature and mountains. As a volunteer, you will have access to unique activities such as:

  We are looking for dynamic and sociable people eager to learn and share. We value a positive attitude, commitment, and initiative. No previous hospitality experience is required, just a willingness to contribute and experience new things.
  
  Areas we need help with:
  Reception and customer service, Events and activities, Maintenance and cleaning, Marketing and social media, and yoga teachers who want to contribute to our daily well-being.

  🍽️ Our meals are served at the same time so we can enjoy this moment together as a family. As a volunteer, you will receive two meals per day.
  ⏳ The exchange consists of 5 hours of work per day, with 2 days off per week, including meal provision on your days off.
