Hello!
My name is Stacy, a 24-year-old lawyer from Kenya. I live in Oyugis, a vibrant town in Homa Bay County, where I run community projects focused on empowering young people through education, child protection, and sports.
I started my first project in 2020, immediately after finishing high school. What began as support for 17 vulnerable teenage mothers has grown into a program that has helped more than 40 young mothers continue their education and rebuild their lives. Some of the girls we supported are now completing college and university studies.
Our program provides educational support, mentorship, and, in some cases, emergency shelter for young mothers and their babies. We also assist vulnerable children and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds who need help accessing education and protection.
Through this work, I now collaborate with the Children's Services Department at Oyugis Law Courts, where I support initiatives focused on the welfare and protection of children within our community.
As a volunteer, you may have the opportunity to:
1. Spend time with teen mothers and their children.
2. Assist with educational and mentorship activities.
3. Support community outreach programs.
4. Learn about child protection work in a Kenyan community setting.
5. Experience daily life in rural Kenya and interact with local families.
Our Soccer Academy
In August 2025, we launched a soccer academy to provide young people with a safe environment to develop their talents and build life skills through sport.
The academy serves boys and girls aged 7–25 years. We currently work with talented players from different schools and have already helped several secure educational opportunities through sports. Our senior men's team is competing in the local Sub-County League and has been performing exceptionally well.
We are also building a girls' football program, with a special focus on supporting talented girls from vulnerable backgrounds, including some of the young mothers in our program.
Volunteers can help by:
1. Coaching football or assisting during training sessions.
2.Organizing sports activities and fitness programs.
3. Mentoring young players.
4. Sharing skills in leadership, teamwork, and personal development.
5.Taking photos, videos, or helping with social media if interested.
Our New Volleyball Program
We are currently developing a volleyball team after receiving requests from young people in our community who are passionate about the sport. We hope this program will create even more opportunities for youth development and talent growth

We are not a large organization.We are a community-driven initiative built on passion, commitment, and a desire to create opportunities for young people.
Volunteers who join us become part of our daily life, our projects, and our community.

During school going days, the coaches will team between 3 pm-6pm.
During holidays the volunteer will coach between

Alojamiento
The volunteers will stay with us and the girls all through the time they spend with us at our facility.
The volunteer will have his/her bed/room at all time as we are deliberately accepting not more than 2 volunteers at a time.
There is electricity. We also provide mattress,bedsheet, duvet, bed and mosquito net.
We provide free meals often African dishes.
Your security within the premise is guaranteed.
We also have a house help around the premise. -
