We are an award-winning, independent brewery and have been brewing since 1992. We are run by a family of craft beer fanatics and our aim is to create the most delicious and flavoursome beers possible.
All our beers are brewed at our HQ using a 32HL Moeschle brewkit and we aim to use as many local suppliers as possible like those who supplied our canning machine and others who are responsible for our can designs.
In 2019, we opened our taproom where you can try our beers fresh from the brewery, alongside great locally roasted coffee and delicious homemade food including stone baked pizza.
Our Workaway Staff will be paid the national average minimum wage whilst learning how to brew in a renowned Sussex brewery.
Not only will our Workaway helpers be able to learn about the UK's brewing industry, you will also get an insight into our taproom, be involved in developing relationships with local businesses such as vineyards, bottle shops and more. We can also arrange our Workaway members to go out and experience farm life in the heart of Sussex.
