Descripción
Lovely, quiet, small Hotel in North Germany, by car 20 Minuten away from the Baltic sea. Frank, the tenant of the B&B has a hospitality background and is a talented host, gardener and baker. You will be able to learn from him and vice-versa. He works on a daily basis alongside with the work awayers. Last but not least we have a lot of fun together and a very relaxed working atmosphere.
The Hotel is 20 minutes by bike away from the village Oldenburg I Holstein and in the vicinity of many beaches on the Baltic sea. The cities Lübeck, Kiel and Hamburg are between 1 or 2 hours away. There is only irregular connection by public transport to those cities. One must love the quiet country life to appreciate this place and you should like walking.
Its a paid working activity ( salary € 15.- per h gross) with accommodation and breakfast, WIFi and laundry. You need EU residency or a valid working visa for 2-3 months. Its a very quite place in the middle of nature, no public transport in the village. We have one bike which can be used on a shared basis. We share our meals on a regular basis, learning about regional food from each nationality.
Work depends on occupancy its in average 4- 5 hours per day. You have enough free time to explore the neighbourhood and near by cities and beaches. -

You will meet interesting guests mainly from Germany and you will acquire general knowledge in running a small upscale bed and breakfast Hotel. You can learn about daily life in Germany, meet our lovely neighbours. You will have daily contact with our guests. We have a bike an shared basis to use to explore the nearby beaches and visit Oldenburg. We share cooking recipies and have BBQ evenings together. Social interaction is a big part of this experience.

You will work regular hours, having enough time to explore the neighborhood. Its a paid working activity and you have free accommodation, breakfast and laundry as well as Internet. The surrounding area in may and june is incredible and there are excellent bike trails all over the area.
Frank is a very generous and kind host, is very supportive and his friendly and funny attitude makes it fun to be around him.
