  We have a 7 room hotel with onsen and restaurant. But our main focus is design, furniture making and renovations. Currently we're building wood workshop made from an 170 year old farmhouse that we have relocated and are re-building.

  It's a good opportunity to learn about traditional architecture and design. You'll be able to learn from the Japanese carpenter, both japanese language and carpentry skills. There's lots of hiking, natural onsen and waterfalls, a lake, fishing, swimming etc and lots of snow in winter.

  We recently dismantled an 170 year old farm house, relocated and rebuilt it. We're now working on the interior. We are have a couple Japanese carpenters and a couple international people now working on this project and are looking for an extra pair of hands. We're looking with people comfortable with construction work, or willing and open to learn. All experience levels are fine as long as you have a positive attitude.
  
  Come December we turn into a ski in ski out hotel and are also seeking staff for the winter season across our accommodation and restaurants.

  We have a nice hotel room available for you in our boutique hotel next door, currently the hotel is closed so you will have a large guest bedroom to yourself. Also with access to our onsen (hot spring), lounge, kitchen the whole hotel really.
