Hello!! Welcome to our hostel in beautiful Leon, Nicaragua. Our hostel was established in June 2019 and we are SO GRATEFUL to remain standing. Our vision is to offer our guests a fun, social & chill atmosphere with a bar/restaurant on the side.
Hostel amenities: Garden, hammocks, pool & beer pong tables, adult size Jenga, yoga area, dining area, Shared Kitchen (hours posted), communal seating area, free water/coffee, Bar/American Eatery, free Wifi/lockers, privacy curtains, Private rooms & Dorms w breakfast included, free linen/towels, laundry services, tour/shuttle services
Situated in the vibrant city centre of Leon, our hostel’s structure has stood the test of times for more than 80 years and our guests LOVE it! so, we want to preserve it. Our style is laidback with an artsy interior. We are a SOCIAL & CHILL VIBES ONLY crew and we LOVE music so it is definitely a background must. OCCASIONALLY, we’ll host entertaining events such as; game night tournaments or live music nights. Our staff is bilingual in English/Spanish, super friendly, eager to help our guests and they LOVE working with our volunteers!

Our staff is mostly Nicaraguans, bilingual in English/Spanish and very much familiar with the culture, people and generalities of the town.
Not only will you learn more about our hostel and what it’s like to run a small business. You will also have the opportunity to meet/network with other agencies and sister hostels to help you better understand how the people of Leon work together in order to thrive. Some of these agencies/hostels offer our volunteers discounts.
Anything you want to learn or do in Leon, we will do our best to make that happen!

1) HOSTEL ACTIVITIES 🍻
We’ll need your help to both ORGANIZE & LEAD the hostel activities. Create your own or stick to familiarity such as BBQ night. We are open to new ideas.
2) MUST TAKE PHOTOS 4 OUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCTS 📸
includes but not limited too: Guests, staff, activities, tours, city sites, beaches, street art, hostel. **1-2 pics DAILY, share to our WhatsApp number (to be provided)
3) LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING 🧹
This area is always a DAILY priority. Mandatory House Keeping hours posted: 11-2pm (stow belongings)
4) DIY PROJECTS & MAINTENANCE 🛠️
Help us upkeep our hostel. Your creative ideas are encouraged as long as they are within budget.
5) SPECIAL TALENTS 📣
Influencer? Expert on social media? Yoga instructor? Musical talent? Express yourself & Collab with us!
Lastly, must be SPONTANEOUS, FRIENDLY & SOCIAL, GOOD COMMUNICATOR & GO W THE FLOW!! ✌🏽

During your free time we will provide you with information on the dos and don'ts of Nicaragua. It’s always a good idea to learn about the cities transportation and how to get around safely.
We'll share with you some of the best local sites to visit such as restaurants and local food vendors. Other sites such as museums, local parks, baseball field, local theatre, casinos, etc. You will also have the opportunity to experience our most exhilarating tourist attraction, volcano boarding! If that’s not your flavor, there’s tons of hikes, beaches, surf camps, over night camping tours, water parks and much more to do.
We will also provide you with information on shuttle tours to surrounding cities/countries like Granada, San Juan del Sur, El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala.

We have tables/chairs front of the house, plenty wall sockets, communal/seating areas. Good wifi connection. Most productive time is before noon.
