Description
A beach front hostel with swimming pool and relaxed party vibes. A great place for people to meet locals as well as people from all over the world. We are looking for fun, energetic and outgoing people who can make the place enjoyable for the guests and bring people together by assisting entertainment manager with daily activities and the organization of evening parties and events. We do not accept couples. Come and try surfing, paddleboarding, volleyball, ping pong, kayaking and enjoying this wonderful community.

A great opportunity to learn surfing from the locals and help promote Guatemalan surfing worldwide as well as a rich engagement with the local community which is great for practicing and mastering your Spanish.
Aide
We are looking for hostel volunteers who can bring people from all over the world together and create an energetic friendly hostel vibe. We have a lot of local surfers at weekends too so opportunity to practice your Spanish. Volunteers will assist the entertainment manager in engaging with the guests, setting up and running daily activities as well as organizing evening events and parties. The main role of the volunteers is to engage with the guests and provide a truly memorable experience. The minimum commitment is a month.

A home right on the ocean in our volunteer accommodation. free of charge for the duration of their stay with three free meals a day. Free surf board rentals for volunteers and a swimming pool.

Asia stayed with us 4 weeks, she's a very helpful person full of energy, she helped us with different projects including painting and the turtle hatchery tour, she was always on time and doing the job done the best way, she was always very kind with our pets as well. It was my first workaway experience and it could not be better! This is a beautiful hostel in a great location in El Paredón. The hostel team were the best hosts! So kind, friendly and helpful! I loved my stay there! I had a lot of freetime and could enjoy myself on the beach.

I‘ve spent the two most amazing month in this hostel, working behind the bar, helping in general maintenance or building furniture. Honestly he was so good at everything we asked him to do we tried as hard as possible to get him off normal volunteer bar jobs and try and give him side projects wherever possible. Joel was simply brilliant. He helped so much much with his carpentry. He also pulled some shifts behind the bar.
