Hi Helpers!!
We are looking for energetic and happy people that want to improve their Spanish and help with some volunteer work at a hostel in Cordoba, Argentina.
The ones interested in this lovely opportunity, please contact us! It's not hard work or heavy cleaning, its mainly being around and at the reception and help with simply things: taking guest to the room, going to get something from the store if we need it at the hostel and likewise.
We Also look for people that are very familiar with the social media (Facebook, Twitter...) to help us with our facebook page and the hostel oficial website .Also skills like house fixing are more than welcome.
we also open a litle resto & Cafeteria inside the hostel so if you have experience in this area let us know!
If you are keen on joining please contact us, we will be more than willing to consider your application.

I stayed 2 weeks in the hostel but I wish I can come back there soon. The hostel is in the center of Cordoba and close to everything, beds are really comfortable. Lucas and Bruna are amazing and the job isn't hard at all.

I had a great month here! It’s a big hostel so there are always many other lovely volunteers and guests around to have a lot of fun with. The managers are great and cooperative, they always try to find the best work shifts for you. So it was easy for me to combine hostel-work and Spanish-classes. Totally recommend it! This is a really nice hostel where I met some lovely people. Córdoba is a beautiful city and there are lots of things to do in the surrounding area as well. I would recommend being fluent in Spanish before coming here, though, because in my experience Argentinians generally don’t have a lot of patience for language learners.

I spent a month volunteering here and I had the best time.
Everything was well organized. 4 shifts a week and plenty of time for exploring Córdoba and around. The hostel is great , good vibes all the times.
With the other volunteers we were like a family. I felt home since the first Day.

My daughter and I had a great experience in the hostel and in the City. The staff helped us find day trips (paragliding with condors!) and we explored great parts of Cordoba. The work is normal hostel work and fair. Highly recommend!

Had a great first experience as a volunteer. The hostel is very nice and enjoyable and there's a nice team between staff and volunteers.

Had such a chill, friendly vibe here, it felt like a perfect 'staycation' in Córdoba overall. Hours may feel long but it wasn't demanding and the tasks are easy even if you're still learning Spanish. ¡Gracias a Lucas, Agus y Aylen! Mary, ¿que te pasa calabaza? The working hours pass quite fast, preparing breakfast, cleaning, changing bed sheets, nothing complicated. It is really easy to fit in the team. In a few days, you feel like in a big family. I had an amazing time. Plus the hostel is in the city center so you can walk everywhere.

Spent more than a month there and I will never forget those moments! Staff is amazing and you also make new friends because the hostel is always full of travellers. Cordoba city is a good spot, because you can really enjoy the cite lifestyle and also have a good location for doing some trips and hikes around. Definitely recommended! :)

Precioso hostel y preciosa la gente con la que conviví durante 1 mes, me sentí como en casa nada mas llegar!! Me quedé tres semanas y media en el hostal del Lucas! Era una experiencia muy buena con un grupo de muy buena onda! Lucas el jefe intenta todo para crear un ambiente y una estancia inolvidable para los huéspedes! Siempre se mostro voluntariosa, y se ofecia para ayudar hasta fuera de horario.

Tuve una buena experiencia, trabajando 4 semanas (24-32 horas/semana) como ayudo a la recepción, preparación de el desayuno y un poco de limpieza. Los turnos (8h) parecen a veces un poco largos pero por otro lado te consienten de descubrir Córdoba y alrededor en los días libre.

We had a wonderful time at this hostel. Stayed for about four weeks, working 4x8h/week.
The work was undemanding, but what made it worthwhile was all the great people we worked with. Hope to come back someday!

La verdad fue un verdadero placer haber contado con ustedes.
Alexandra extraño mucho tu buena musica y buena onda. Y Ewald, tu super cordialidad y obviamente tus comidas! jaja. Entre los dos no se sabe quien cocina mejor, de lujo.
Si alguien tiene la posibilidad de contar con ellos, los recomiendo sin dudar un segundo.

The hours are pretty long and dull, and in exchange for only a bed, but the staff is very cool & friendly and the hostel fun & lively. Cordoba is ehh, but theres always a party somewhere, so if you´re passing through Argentina and looking for a fun place to work&live, go to this hostel!
