The cultural exchange is quite high because it works with us mainly local people of the town and we have many recreational activities for the exchanges

Aide
We are mainly looking for help at the reception of our hotel, and guiding tourists on hikes. Being very responsible, kind and attentive in hotel service, having knowledge of astronomy and with horses is very appreciated. If you are motivated and want to learn, we will train you to work with us in the observatory (open from March 15th to November 30th), help in the gardens and a greenhouse for vegetables. We require people who are willing to work in this field as well. They will be asked to work as a hiking guide. You must speak intermediate level Spanish, which is very important for us.
We provide volunteers with accommodation during their stay with us and access to the kitchen so that they can prepare their own meals. We provide them with food to cook during the volunteer period, and a private room.
In the case of volunteers interested in receiving a remuneration, do not hesitate to contact Emmanuel for an evaluation, but if possible, as to whether the volunteer has the responsibility to carry out a professional and responsible job.
Solicitamos ayuda principalmente en la recepcion de nuestro Hotel, y guiar a los turistas en caminatas, ser muy responsable y amable y atento en el servicio hotelero, tener conocimiento de astronomía y con los caballos es muy apreciada, si esta motivado y quiere aprender le formamos para que usted mismo trabaje con nosotros en el observatorio (abierto del 15 de Marzo al 30 de Noviembre), ayuda en los jardines y un bio huerto invernadero para hortalizas y requerimos personas que tengan ganas de trabajar también en este campo, serán solicitado trabajar como guía de caminata, debes hablar español nivel intermedio es muy importante para nosotros.
Damos a los voluntarios alojamiento durante su estadía con nosotros y acceso a la cocina para que usted mismo se prepare su comida, le proveemos de los alimentos para cocinar durante el periodo de voluntario, y un cuarto privado.
En el caso de los voluntarios interesados a recibir una remuneración, no dude poner en contacto con Emmanuel para realizar una evaluación, pero si es posible en cuanto si el voluntario tiene la responsabilidad de realizar un trabajo profesional y responsable.

I had a very nice experience volunteering along with the Peruvian staff and the hotel is located in a quiet rural area with some nice hikes and Colca Canyon close by. This place is great to explore the region, there is plenty of walks to do around, and it's easy to catch buses to other villages of the valley. This is a great, chilled place to work! The hotel itself is nice, with the friendliest local staff and best chef (who cooks you 3 meals a day!). The area is stunning and has plenty to keep you occupied during your time off, mainly trekking, mountain biking, horse riding and so many hot springs.

Super experience! Hotel splendide dans un cadre exceptionnel! Le personnel est super sympathique et l ambiance est extra!! The Colca Valley is absolutely incredible - one of the most beutiful places I have ever visited. I helped out a bit in the reception, the restaurant and with the horses. I worked here for two weeks and I loved it. The Colca Canyon is amazing and the hotel is incredible. The people who work there are so friendly and it is a very relaxed atmosphere. I was able to improve my Spanish a lot and go on hikes if I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this place for future travelers.

I have been working here for one week and I am loving it! The staff is extremely welcoming and amicable and the work is interesting and fun! The hotel is beautiful and surrounded by amazing landscapes and the nearby town is charming and traditional. The accomodation is wonderful and there is a lot to do here! Highly recommended!
