… read more 9yo son Gerard (and all his friend loved him too coming at home to play with him, practicing english, etc). And they all learned english!!!
He also has knowledge of many things so you can talk and talk with him about many issues.
We recomend hosting him without any doubt!!! We love him!

Sonia, Roger, Gerard and Mireia are such an open, welcoming, warm, and easygoing family, and it was truly a joy to stay with them. They really made me feel like a part of the family, providing me with everything I needed for my stay and involving me in all their activities - trips to the beach on weekends, going to the gym, cycling, yoga, trips to
… read more Barcelona, and much much more! I really felt like I was getting a local experience there rather than just being a visitor.
Gerard is an energetic and courageous kid, he loves football and parkour very much! He was really happy to have a guest, and invited me to join him for all his activities, I played a lot of football with him and his friends. Mireia is very sweet and polite and a little shy :) The whole family is very close and supportive of each other, and its easy to feel comfortable with them.
In terms of accommodation, they gave me a whole floor of the house, with my own bathroom and even fridge, which was great. They’re very flexible as well, so if you want to take a few days to go to Barcelona (~2h by train), Montserrat, or elsewhere, it will not be a problem.
And how could I forget, the food! Sonia is an incredible incredible cook, its part of her job :) I was very spoiled with all the delicious meals I was eating, and the best part is that they were very healthy too. I got to try lots of local foods like paella, jamon iberico, bravas, croquettes, and many cheeses, as well as many special recipes from Sonia.
When I had to leave for the holidays, they made sure to let me know that I was welcome back in the future, and I definitely plan on visiting again. See you again in the future!!

Sonia (mother) is the seller of Thermomix and she really likes to cook, and she is very good at cooking. The amount of delicious food I eat there every day is incredible. she is very interesting and fun person and it was nice to

Roger (the father) is also very friendly, respectful and a really good person, he doesn't know how to say "no", very friendly.
Gerard (son) is also very nice boy, he is very social and likes Pokémon cards.
Mireya (daughter) is very cute and nice, very independent as she is already 14 years old.
