I’m Shanise but I go by Sunny. I’m a creative and curious person on a journey of healing, connection, and building a more intentional way of life. I’m motivated by community, care for the Earth, and practices that help people return to themselves. Things like yoga, journaling, herbalism, and reflective conversation. I've lived in co-living spaces the last 2 years and I'm developing frameworks to help groups establish healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, I've hosted events and organized workshops, and I also have my 200hr yoga certification for teaching and would love to offer a couple classes a week!

Right now, I’m especially focused on saving money, building routine, and learning everything I can about sustainable living, land stewardship, and collective care. I’m a quick learner, love to contribute wherever I’m needed, and enjoy helping with gardening, cooking, cleaning, organizing, or supporting wellness spaces. Being around kind, open-minded people and nature brings me peace and inspiration.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’m a supportive and adaptable person. I enjoy contributing to spaces where people care about community, nature, and healing. I have experience in facilitation, event coordination, and leading group conversations centered on self-reflection and social awareness. I’ve also supported wellness spaces and creative projects that focus on liberation and intentional living.

In daily life, I’m comfortable with hands-on tasks like cleaning, cooking, gardening, organizing, and childcare. I learn quickly and bring a calm, grounded energy into the spaces I join. I’m self-motivated, dependable, and happy working independently or with a team.

I’m also currently studying languages, my German is around A2 level, and I’m learning Spanish at A1 level through online courses. I love connecting across cultures and always enjoy learning new skills
