Hey everyone! 🤗
My name is Luca Sophie, I’m 25 years old and from Germany.
I’m a cheerful, optimistic and active person who loves being outdoors, learning new things and connecting with people. I study sports science and work as a fitness trainer and running coach, and I also train and compete in triathlon. Staying active is a big part of who I am, but I also value balance and calm moments.
I’m a real nature lover and always up for outdoor adventures. Whether it’s hiking, running, cycling, swimming, fitness training, surfing or yoga, I love moving my body and challenging myself. At the same time, I really enjoy slower moments like walks, days at the beach, picnics, movie nights or sitting around a campfire.
For me, travelling is the best way to step out of my comfort zone, gain new experiences and learn a LOT... It gives me freedom, happiness, personal growth and so much fun. :)
People often describe me as open-minded, empathetic and reliable.
I love spending time with children and have experience babysitting as well as helping at my mom’s daycare. I also enjoy being around animals, especially dogs.
I’m very open to trying new things and taking on different kinds of tasks. I like to work carefully, take responsibility and learn quickly. I try to stay positive and calm even in challenging situations, and when I make mistakes, I’m always ready to learn from them. Honest and direct communication is really important to me, and I appreciate when people speak openly and kindly.
I’m straightforward, easygoing and can adapt easily to different lifestyles. I’d be very happy to be part of my host’s daily life, join family or community activities and share nice experiences together! :)

Quais são suas habilidades?
I have a good sense of cleanness and cleaning, tidying up and everyday household chores are no problem for me. I also have experience with gardening and animal care.
I am fit and have endurance, which means that I don’t mind more strenuous activities.
As mentioned earlier, I have babysitting experience. In addition, my mother runs her own day-care center, where I used to often help and where I learned a lot about childcare.
I've also worked as a waitress and fitness trainer, which has always helped me improve my social skills.
I enjoy taking photos and have basic photo editing, filming and video editing skills.
In general, I learn quickly and can quickly implement tasks that are still unknown to me.
