CIAO! i am Rosa

Why i am here ?
In 2021 I started questioning my life more and since i am searching for my own path at the moment I thought of experimenting more with myself. I had in mind to trying workaway for a long time but i never had the bravery to do it until a couple of years ago.
I am looking for an international volunteer projects because is also a taste of courage: an experience which challange my personal limits and it is also very stimulating. I am motivated to learn and live new experiences that could enrich both my skills and my spirit.

About me:
Ettore Sottsass says "A designer should know that objects can become the mean of a exhistential ritual". I truly believe in this concept, and that is also why i am very interested in spaces, where the exhistential ritual takes place; I believe they are a necessity to the beauty and to the rythm of life.
I have a highschool diploma in Art, a bachelor and a master degree in Design, i worked almost 2years for a little architecture firm so i have some understanding of architecture. During my education i lived abroad firstly as an Erasmus student in Germany, then as an intern in a design company in London, and in the last 1.5 in the French south west coast as an artist assistant. For this reason i am used to work with different softwares, good with hands, speak english, french and I am starting with german. So you can tell i like cultural exchages! Also since I helped my auntie with her airbnb and worked as a waitress, i have knowledge in hospitality and tourism.

I am very curious, humble, attracted by transformation, and have widely ranging interests; I am costantly researching inspiration and beauty. I can be quite shy or very extroverted, it really depends. In any case even if i am very social and i like to share with peeps, i am quite reserved and i need sometime alone to recharge. I overthink everything and then suddently i jump into some crazy ideas because i believe stepping out of my comfort zone can help me even if i find it very difficult.

Quais são suas habilidades?

My skills are:
Interior design, art direction, styling, communication and basic social media managing.
I speak fluently Italian and English and my French is not as good but sufficient.
Since I helped my auntie with her airbnb and i worked as a waitress for bars and restaurants, i have knowledge in hospitality and tourism.
I am also very skilled at cleaning and organizing objects and spaces, both real and virtual, (someone calls me Maria Condona...the italian version of Marie Kondo).

I would like to learn more about arts, food, gardening, ecology, architecture, carpentry, and craftsmanships.
