Descrição
Hi there!
I’m someone who believes the best way to experience a place is to truly live in it — not just pass through. That’s what brings me to Workaway!
My main goal right now is to learn (and improve) my French 🇫🇷, so I’m really excited about the idea of being immersed in the language and culture. I’m not afraid of making mistakes — in fact, I’m counting on it — and I’d love to be around people who are happy to chat, share, and maybe gently correct me along the way.
🌱 A bit about me:
I’m easygoing, open-minded, and genuinely enjoy meeting new people from different walks of life. I like a balance of being active and productive, but also slowing down and appreciating the little things — good food, nature, music, and meaningful conversations.
🛠️ What I can help with:
I’m happy to get involved in all sorts of tasks — whether that’s helping around the house, gardening, cooking, DIY projects, or anything else that needs an extra pair of hands. I’m a quick learner, reliable, and I take pride in doing things properly.
🍲 Bonus points:
I love sharing meals and can help cook (or learn new recipes from you!). I think food is one of the best ways to connect with people and culture.
💬 Languages:
I’m currently learning French, so any opportunity to practice is amazing for me. I’m patient with myself and motivated to improve every day.
🌞 What I’m looking for:
A welcoming environment where I can contribute, learn, and feel part of daily life — not just a visitor, but someone included in the rhythm of the home.
If you’re up for hosting someone curious, helpful, and enthusiastic about learning your language and culture, I’d love to connect!
À bientôt (hopefully!) 😊 -

Quais são suas habilidades?
I’d describe myself as a practical, adaptable, and hands-on person who’s happy to get involved wherever needed.
I have experience helping with general household tasks like cleaning, organising, cooking, and keeping spaces tidy and welcoming. I enjoy creating a nice environment and I’m not afraid to take initiative when something needs doing.
I’m also happy to work outdoors — whether that’s gardening, basic maintenance, or physical tasks. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty and actually enjoy being active and working with nature.
In terms of cooking, I can prepare simple, healthy meals and I enjoy learning new recipes (especially local dishes!). I’m also very open to sharing responsibilities and contributing to daily routines.
I pick things up quickly and I’m always willing to learn new skills. Even if I haven’t done something before, I’ll approach it with a positive attitude and do my best to learn properly.
💡 Personal strengths:
Reliable and responsible
Positive and easy to live with
Hardworking and proactive
Good communicator
Open-minded and respectful of different lifestyles
Overall, I’m someone who genuinely wants to contribute, be helpful, and be part of the household rather than just passing through. -
