Hi!
I'm Nicole, a happy, outdoor-loving 28 year old from Sweden living in Belgium with my boyfriend since a year. I enjoy spending time in nature and around animals, and am not too keen on city-life (despite living in a city atm). In my spare-time, I enjoy being outdoors or going bouldering, discovering new hobbies or spending time with animals. Food is another big passion of mine and Im lucky enough to work as a cook, I adore cooking and sharing recipes from different cuisines. I also enjoy riding and I love gardening!

I am open to learning a bit of most languages, always useful when travelling to know a few words here and there. I also studied English for a year at Uppsala University apart from living in England som could also teach som English.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have previously worked at cafés, restaurants, customer service and with horses.
At the café (Kopparlundens bageri) I was manning the cash register, making sandwiches and soups, prepping vegetables for salads etc. I was also helping our manager with brainstorming ideas, food-combos and recipes for future meals. I loved working in both cafés and restaurants because of the contact with the customers, and giving them the best service possible.
I worked in both Britain and Switzerland as a showgroom with horses and am used to handling large animals. I was in charge of caring for the horses and preparing them for competitions. In Britain I also worked a bit with foals and yearlings because they bred thoroughbreds as well, so I assisted with haltertraining of the foals and attended many vet visits. I also transported mares and foals from Britain to Ireland for breeding.
Other than my professional experiences, my family also bought a farm in the north of Sweden when I was a teenager. We had sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits and horses which I helped care for with feeding, fencing fields, mucking out etc.

I love spending time chatting and getting to know others, and love a good camping trip! Baking with friends is also very fun. I like board games and card games alot, and a nice puzzle from time to time. Exploring new places is the best, and to do it with other people even better!
