Hello everyone! I'm Nicola, a 24 years old italian guy. I'm graduated from hotel school so my job experiences are mostly in catering, in Italy as assistant cook and in an english hotel as waiter, housekeeper and dishwasher. I've been in the scout association fot ten years and at the moment I've done only two awesome workaway experiences some years ago, one in an english biological farm with chickens, alpacas and fishes and one in a moroccan sustainable project where we used to make mud brick.
In the last few years I realized I want to detach myself from working in restaurants and start to do more natural jobs. In the last year I've got some experience in harvesting champagne grapes in France and oil olives in Apulia, the italian region I come from and now I'm starting to work for a corporate which has a biological farm, a oil mill and a resturant wher they serve their own food. I also learned some things about vegetable gardens and wood working.
My life goal is to set up a self-sustainable and biological project so I'm currently looking for workaway experiences that take me in new places, meeting new people and new cultures so I can learn something about the world as well as skills and techniques to start my own project in the future.

Quais são suas habilidades?

As I already said my skills are principally in the catering sector, I can cook and keep places tidy and clean. But for more than two years now I started to make some little wood works and take care of some plants and trees.
I don't have as many skills as I want to learn and know, but thanks to the scout, jobs and some trips I learned to live well in close contact and in harmony with the nature and work good with other people trying to learn everything I can.
