Hello! I´m Nicolas from Argentina.
[Nowadays, I am in Indonesia teaching and helping in different schools :).]

I decided to undertake this adventure traveling, learning and helping to others. Besides, I consider Workaway as the best way to get to know the local culture, share, and learn different skills.

I believe knowing different ways of seeing the world, allows us to complete and enrich the meaning of our lives a little more.

About me:

I HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF PREFERENCES FOR VOLUNTEERING :). Farming, teaching languages, community and social projects, construction, house/pet sitting.

I consider myself a cheerful, talkative, calm and responsible guy with a great capacity to adapt to different cultural environments. If I have to stay without electricity, or internet for a few days or weeks, or share room, it's not a problem for me-


My language skills :
I can speak English (fluently), Spanish (native) and a little bit of French.
My English level improved a lot after spending 3 whole years traveling in countries where English was essential to communicate with others; plus another 3 years living in Australia. 6 years talking, and dreaming in English language.
I witnessed the process of learning English as a second language. So, I am able to help others to achieve the same competent level. :)


Farm Work experience:
Working in differents farms in Australia since November 2022.
Some examples:
I was working in a Vineyard doing several farm tasks. [Pruning, pest control, fertilizing crop care, picking, packing]
Also I worked in a cherries, raspberries, tomatoes and flowers farm.




Social/community skills:

I am a psychologist and I used to work with people in Argentina. I have experience in community and clinical psychology. I have also worked helping people with chronic illnesses [HIV, cancer, covid], and people with mental health problems [addictions, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, schizophrenia]. I am an easygoing guy, I like people, and I think I know how to deal with people's problems as well.

Other skills:
I can cook delicious things! I am not a chef, but I can manage with just a few ingredients.
I can manage social media networks, update blogs, and so on.
