We are two practical young people eager to spend time in different regions and lifestyles to gain understanding of whats possible to build towards in life. We are easygoing and adaptable to different living situations and always appreciate spending time with our hosts. We generally enjoy living in very rural quiet places.

Within Ireland we are also open to building relationships with hosts we may visit again or help in the future.

We have grown up with a lot of practical skills and are always growing in this, so are able to turn our hand to figuring out many things
Megan has skills as a chef and housekeeper and Ben has skills in Construction, forestry, farming and landscaping.

We would both like to use this opportunity to learn new skills such as living self sufficiently. I would like to learn new types of farming practices, new types of food preservation and herbalism, as well as teaching people what we already know.
I would also like to take this opportunity to meet new people and learn about new cultures and different life experiences.

We stayed with Felix and Ronja for a week and had such a lovely time. They were very friendly people and gave us lots of good advice. We really enjoyed spending time with them and their little boy Jose. We felt included in the things they were doing, as they took us to multiple things jutting the week. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys !

We stayed in Alagonia for 2 weeks and loved it. Evan was a very welcoming host and exceeded all expectations. The work we were doing included digging raised beds, planting and weeeding to name a few. The tasks were varied and enjoyable. We learned a lot while we where here, about Greek culture as well as natural farming and self sufficiency.
