Hi all, I have recently arrived in Edinburgh on a two year working holiday visa.
I am hoping to escape the city to meet new people, learn new skills and experience new places.
I have lived and worked on farms for the majority of my life so am comfortable around animals and living remotely.
I have previously done a working holiday visa in Canada where I worked three winters on a skihill (hospitality).
My last job was two years at a luxury lodge in New Zealand where I was maintenance manager and tour guide.
Whilst in Canada my ex partner and I did three workaways which we thoroughly enjoyed and had great feedback from our hosts.

Huge thanks to Clay and Shelley for adopting us into their family. We ended up staying for 6 weeks and it was truly hard to leave. Clay is an excellent woodworker and handyman. Shelley is an awesome cook and both are the nicest people you could hope to meet. We were doing many different jobs on their property and Clay was very eager to teach us… read more

Thank you Leo and Santi for the awesome opportunity to be a part of the ranch for the five weeks we were there.
We both learnt many new skills and ideas and now hope to incorporate them into our own places once we return home. We enjoyed Leos knowledge on animals and he has loads of interesting stories from his past life. Santi taught us a lot… read more

Jason an Coby did an amazing job during their stay at the Ranch.
They are very capable, independent and skilled people. They did all sorts of jobs for us, from morning farm chores to carpentry, irrigation fencing, working up the roof and much more.
