Hi! My name's Mia (she/her) - I'm a college student from the United States. I speak native English and a little Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. I have experience teaching English from the volunteer tutoring programs at my college. I also enjoy hiking, watching movies, and cooking. I love all things outdoors. I'm not afraid of hard work and I'm a quick learner willing to do all kinds of tasks. I hope to bring my creativity and enthusiasm to help out a friendly host, and get to explore a local region and culture! I'm looking to work in Taiwan from June to August. Everything - I'm a very quick learner and love to gain new skills - whether it's construction, bar-tending, farm-work, or more! Not afraid to work hard :)
Teaching English - I have three years experience tutoring for ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) through volunteer programs

Language - I speak Intermediate Spanish (took 4 years of classes in high school) and beginner Mandarin Chinese (1.5 years in college)
Gardening - I love to help my mom out with her vegetable crops in the yard
