Hey! My name is Maximilian, I am 24 years old, originally from Germany but currently traveling through the USA! I am more than excited to get to know the culture, landscapes and people throughout Workaway. Hiking, wandering, bicycling, taking walks with our neighbors dogs and exploring new areas are all parts of the way i grew up in the countryside in Germany. But I've always been obsessed with seeing the world and their big Cities as well. I have already had 7 Workaway experiences in Italy, Australia and the US. A little bit about myself:
Germany never felt like home to me. That is the reason why I love traveling, learning and sharing knowledge with other people from around the world. I have learned so much about myself after living in Australia for almost a year, but the biggest achievement is definitely that I am in charge of who I am and who I want to become. It's on me to push through in difficult moments, it's on me to learn about new things, and it's on me to show the effort that I wish to receive back, So I always give it my full motivation and energy!
Besides that, I am a writer, a music aficionado, a dancer (I started when I was 6, and I taught dancing for 8 years in my parents' dance-school), a sports-freak, a creator, a nature-lover, an animal/pet person, a helper and builder and that always from an honest and pure-hearted place.

Traveling around the world has always been one of my biggest dreams and goals, especially getting to know country and and culture!
I am motivated to help you in your home, garden, with your pets, with building new areas and with your kids as well! Can't wait to meet you in the future!

Quais são suas habilidades?

My Skills:
As I already mentioned above, I have had 7 Workaway experiences. 1 in Italy,3 in Australia and 3 in the States. Currently in Missouri at my 8th workaway! Here is a Summary of what I've done in my past:

- 8 Workaway stays

- Cleaning including (cleaning the whole villa, windows, bathroom, kitchens, cabinets, vacuuming the floor, sweeping the floor)

- Gardening (pruning the bushes, mowing the meadow, weeding, pressure-washer house facades, planting new greens and spreading mulch to protect trees).

- Building a whole garden area including tasks from weeding, tilting the ground, laying fabric for paths and planting onions, flowers, broccoli, tomatoes, potatoes and cucumber.

- Pet Lover (Took care of neighbor's dog (german shepherd), did walks with the cute dogs of my workaway families, provided food for our family cat Lotta).

- Helped my Grandfather managing his farm. (Driving the tractor, taking care of the horses (riding them out, feeding them and cleaning the stables), mowing the long fields and harvesting all the Apple and Pair Trees on my grandfathers property! Building fences and taking care of minor building projects has always been a part as well!

- Dug a trench and layed new pipes that connected the house with fresh water.

- Big Brother (taking care of an eight-month-old baby, taking care of a five-year-old girl for 2 years. As a dance teacher, I taught classes of 3`till 16 year old girls and boys. I've been a little role model for them, which means the world to me).

- Removalist (Helped my 4. Workaway family move into their new house, inlcuding: dismantling lots of furniture, transporting it in the moving van, packing it up and then reassembling and unpacking it in the new home).

- Dance Teacher (taught dancing for 8 years and learned to lead people and organize my time wisely).

- Teach German

After all these Workaway stays I gained so much knowledge that I would like to share with my future Workaway families and friends. I am always keen to learn new things and to execute them in the best way!
